So what do you have to send to claim your cashback. afaik you send ur despatch note and all the bills (1-4 etc...). do you have to send any vouchers or covering letter?
thanks
You should've received a set of terms and conditions with your despatch note, phone etc. It details the correct way to make a claim.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
MobileOutlet,
I have had no response from you through Private Messages via this forum for 3 weeks now, despite two attempts to contact you.
I received my first installment of cashback..
BUT.. I am yet to receive the bluetooth headset I was promised when I took out the contract.
Can I please receive a response.. you say it has been despatched but I have not received it.. it was the same situation before christmas..
Please respond!
Thanks..0 -
I must add in my input. I have received my cheque, although dubiously I must say. They didn't explain their method of cashback returns, rather I had to contact them for information. So as a notice to people out there, your cashback is repaid in FIVE EQUAL INSTALLMENTS. I hope that helps some ppl.
Also, so far basically what I get from them is that they have the worst customer service hands down. If they know an answer to your query they will return it quickly, like 'why is my cheque only for £75 when it should be £90' or something along those lines. HOWEVER, if they don't know or wish to 'hide' behind time then they will usually ignore you and not answer you back for about a time interval of oh... let's say 10 to infinite days. If you experience GENUINE trouble, then don't expect help.
That is my opinion, and if you were to ask me if I thought they were worth the shot, I would say depends how desperate you are for that cashback and good deals. They certainly have great deals and if they like you, then you'll get your cashback no problems and hopefully it will be a simple 12 month process. Otherwise, it's pretty much Russian Roulette with your bank account.0 -

I sent off the bills and the dispatch note on the 21st of Feb, recorded delivery, along with special insurance. They received it on the 23rd of Feb.
My bill date is the 11th of March. So I was certainly within 3 weeks
So, can anyone help me/give me a rough estimate of when I should receive my cheque? I havnt been contacted yet (the royal mail service said package was received).
I'm in a similar situation. My bill date was 6th March and I sent off the stuff which was received by them on 15th March according to Royal Mail. I had an email last week to say that the claim had been accepted and was being processed, but so far - no cheque or bacs payment and they are now outside their own 28 day deadline for payment. I'm just about to email forum queries to ask where it is!!!!0 -
I have just come to the end of the road with tmo. I have finally got what was due to me after what i would consider a pretty smooth and expected ride. Briefly as my last posts would show, tmo failed to cough up my 2nd and final cashback so after a couple of emails unreplied to i started a moneyclaimsonline which was so straightforward and uncomplicated. You pay £30 to them and they make that part of your claim. Within a couple of days of this being issued i received a cheque for my cashback - less the £30 for court costs. This was as expected but i thought why should i lose £30 of my money when they were at fault, and as they didnt respond to the court properly defaulted their own posssible defence ( they couldnt be arsed ! ). It took a further £35 to issue a warrant( again so simple) to get my £30 back - yes i know that sounds daft but hey theres a principle at stake here. Again this was going to taken from tmo as part of my claim which was paid in full to the court and into my bank.
All in all, deal with tmo at your own risk - if you do have them messing you around then stick to your guns and claim whats rightfully and legally yours . best of luck to all.:T :T :T

I havnt even received a confirmatin email yet, and its nearly been a month since they received my bills.... TMO, can you check?0

Clause 11.3 of TMO T&C's says:
In month 4 of your contract you will need to forward bills 1through to 4 to us within 21 days of the issue date on bill number 4.
My problem is the first bill was received more than 1 month after start of contract. So, when I get bill 4 I will actually be in month 5 of my contract!
I wonder which is more important to send in (3) bills in month 4 or wait until I have 4 bills and send them in (in month 5).
Anyone else experienced this?
