It isn't clear but you should send the two bills separately when you receive them, not together after you get the twelth bill.
The terms and conditions say that cashback process is in 2 stages, surely if I am sending the 11th bill and 12th bill separately as and when I receive them, that is a 3 stage process.__________________________________

I'm a bit down as I've just downloaded the T&C's for the cashback claim from mobile outlet and see that they require the dispatch note that came with the phone!
I've fastidiously collected the bills and have those plus a print out of when I placed the order through from their website (so it has their order number on it) but I just cannot find the dispatch note from the actual handset delivery!
Has anyone else found themselves in this predicament? Was their claim refused?
Thanks.:(0 -

When I got my phone I did not have a dispatch note enclosed so I requested one. Perhaps you should try that. However I requested mine a few days ater I got the phone. They may send you one at this late stage.0 -

Is there an argument that if you had to download the T&C from their website they aren't exactly easy to follow and hence the dispatch note wasn't kept as at the time you didn't realise you needed it?Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -

Or perhaps it is like me who didn't have one included. It was only because I hadn't received my bluetooth headset that looked over the T&C and decided to chase both up.0 -
Just for the record, I, like BrendaY, got my dispatch note back from TMO a week or two after I got my 1st cb cheque, woth some dates and "successful" hand-written on it......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0
