Thanks for your prompt reply. Trouble is I have still had no reply to my pm and we have still received no cashback cheques.0 -
Hi all,
I sent my first cash back claim to TMO on Feb 22nd. I included my first 4 bills summary sheets, the original dispatch note and a short covering letter including my order reference and bank details (BACS payment option). I got an email from TMO exactly 28 days later informing me that my application had been received, immediately followed by another email informing me that my cashback application had been successful and that I would be receiving my cashback either by cheque or BACS in the next 28 days. I’ll report back and let the forum know after 28 days.....0 -
I sent my first claim on the 5/2/07 and have yet to receive my cashback. I sent an email to TMO on the 7/3/07 asking for a response. I got an email from TMO saying I would get a reply before 20/3/07. I have yet to receive a reply or cashback.
I would advise steer clear off TMO. In fact I'm put off the whole idea of cashback from any company. Had an equally hard time getting my first cashback from phones2U. Just not worth the bother. It's obviously a scam.0 -

Don't be put off, you must pursue this. Why don't you try emailing forumqueries.co.uk ? You've got nothing to loose! Keep going, most companies gain their profits by customers who don't pursue their claim, so send an email or PM to the forumqueries guys and don't take no for an answer. Good luck.0 -

same thing here hav you tried ringing them when ever i try to ring them there is a long que, like 5th in the line or 4th takes ages to get through to somebody, and you would't wana be over the phone for 15 or so minutes sepcially with the numbers that atarts with 0870 like me.
the only e-mail reply i got from them was when i ordered my phone from them or the second when i asked them about my headset delivery cause it was out of stock. If electricty comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?0 -

According to my terms and conditions, you should receive the cashback within 28 days of their receipt of your documents. Presumably you have some evidence of when this was from Royal Mail. I emailed forum queries as soon as the 28 days had passed and asked where my cheque/bacs payment was as they were in breach of their terms and conditions. I then received a cheque within a few days. It's worth a try. That's assuming that you have the same terms and conditions as I did, but from what you've said, it sounds like you do.0 -

If you haven't received your cashback in the time stated in the terms and conditions, you are entitled to take them to court.
There is a lot of information on the 1st page of this thread on how to go about it.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

No I havent...I don't do 0870.....
I sent them an email to ask about upgrading....don't they want the business?0 -
So.. Why is this numoty on this forum. he doesn't want to claim his cashback and still slags off TMO as a cowboy Co. I have recieved my cashback after following the terms and conditions. If the T&C are too difficult for you, then you shouldn't enter into the contract. You certainly shouldn't be berating others for your own incompetence and/or single figure IQ.
Some of us have complied exactly with the terms and conditions. Like me. However I still haven't received my cashback. I didn't expect to have to check the terms and conditions of a cashback offer before entering into the contract, I expected them to be fair (they aren't) and reasonably easy to follow (they aren't). They are, however, deliberately convoluted to put as many people off and catch as many people out as possible. These points aside, there are clearly people like me who are following the terms and conditions but TMO is not fullfilling their part of the contract. Shall I tell you my IQ or would that embarrass you?0
