I know there have only been 2 since Saturday but it will be 3 tomorrow, and if its still on assigning stock, as it has been since the weekend, and they havent dispatched it yet, its obviously not going to get here within 3 working days

    Just checking :p

If it was me, I would probably give them until Thursday before calling to chase them about it. Of course, if it isn't there by then, you likely won't see it til the middle of next week. :(

Hello to all, after seeing a recent post concerning delivery time of a new handset from tmo, i cant believe that help and info is being sought by someone who has access to all these pages of complaints (there are happy customers i might add ) . As a newbie, upon seeing all this new found information i would rapidly request and insist on cancellation - after all, that is what this platform is here for, giving peoples recent factual experiences with this company. Best of luck.

I got an acceptance e-mail from TMO for my first cashback claim on March 19th and the cheque came in the post today, I've no complaints so far, I just hope that the other claims run as smoothly!

Still no sign of a phone. Rang customer services on Weds and was told the e900 would be coming into stock later that day and I would receive it the following day or tuesday because of bank holidays. I also emailed customer service to see if the guy on the phone was telling the truth. any guesses whether their stories matched?

"They are due in early next week."

I have now sent them an email saying that if I dont get the phone by Weds next week, I want to cancel the order. I know it says in the contract that you have to pay a £20 fee if you cancel before you get it, but it also says they will notify you within 48hours of the order being placed if its out of stock with expected delivery time, which they didnt, and I wouldnt have found out unless I had rang, so the contract has been legally breached.

Finally got my cashback after phoning threatening legal action, followed up by a formal letter to the same effect... expect to have to do the same for each claim with them, and will never deal with them again afetr my year is up.

Not sure I would advise anyone to order a phone through them, after all, how can the company possibly carry on in business if it's so appalingly run? Not to mention the fact that you'll probably have to fight for every cashback.

How long do you leave it before threatening legal action?
