I'm going to lie awake wondering how you did that! Are you all right?

Yeah, I'm fine. Already a bit mad so a donk on the head won't make much difference.

  • Oh, meant to ask (and it's probably a stupid question) but is there an easier way for me to find my diary than having to scroll through the pages?

There are two green bars at the top of this page - on the lower one is button called 'Thread tools'. If you click on that it gives a drop-down menu which includes the option to subscribe, so click on that and it takes you through a couple of stages to subscribe. (Same goes for any thread).
Don't worry if the page disappears while you do this - it comes back at the end!
I think there is also an option to receive an email when there's any new activity on a thread, or to unsub if you get fed up. :D
Once you've subscribed, to find it again look at the top green bar where you should see 'User CP'. If you click on that, you'll see any threads to which you're subscribed in order of most recent activity.
Sounds complicated but once you've done it once or twice you'll find it isn't.
    HTH :)
    P.S. Actually a very sensible question. ;)

  • Its a good idea to subscribe to your own diary ! I have read of plenty of people who started their own diary, not subscribed and then forgotten what they have called it and had trouble finding it again !

I don't get the email updates on mine though as I would never get anything done ! This site is addictive enough as it is !:D

Me neither! It's quicker just to come on here and check what's on the first page of my User CP. (What does CP stand for, I wonder?) And yes, I did say 'first page'... not admitting to hpw many threads I've subscribed to, LOL.

Rose, how are you today? I hope you've recovered from the errant frying pan and feeling back on form?

P.S. - What do you prefer you be called? Are you Rose or BR, or something else? :)

  • Hmm I always say BR, but that makes me feel a bit chilly, like Brrrrrrrr, so Rose sounds much nicer I think !:D

I think I have 3 pages of subscriptions but sometimes tend to lose them, not quite sure how I manage that. CP ??? No idea ?!!!:D

The ones I've appeared to 'lose' have been busy threads and a new thread has been started so the one I marked has dropped back from its usual place. I hope that's all that's happened to yours... *worried frown in case I lost any treasure and didn't notice*.
