So, today we went for a nice walk in a nearby village as we're trying to walk a few times a week to help with the weight loss and my (lack of) fitness. It was a bit up and down hills too so will have helped - hopefully!
Also had some good news re: weight loss today as although I'd been expecting and feeling like I'd gained, I'd actually lost 3lbs!! As an added bonus, this has dropped me into another stone number too *yay*
So, updated my siggy to reflect this *grin*Our LBM: Dec 2011. DMP started: Jan 2012. Debt at LBM: £41,568

Stalkers! We're all coming out of the woodwork now, ha ha!
Well done on the weight loss, that's fantastic. :j <- This, by the way, is a photo, not a smilie - it's me doing star jumps to try to catch up with you.
I know the job market is a struggle right now... I'm thinking 'lucky me' because I actually have a job, though DH's may not last much longer. Still, you do hear of people getting jobs, even getting dream jobs, so maybe this will be you.
I will keep very quiet about the V.E.T. till after Friday (remember that song? A spoof on D.I.V.O.R.C.E.?) and am glad kitty is okay herself.
I don't know anything about waiting lists for therapy so I can't guess how long it could be. Hope it comes through for you though. I know it helped me just to feel someone had heard me.Miggy

Some people are so sprightly it's maddening.BlushingRose wrote: »If you insist, although I won't happy if you start following me with binoculars

I forgot to mention the mad morning we had this morning.
We went into town to get weighed (we like to do it at Boots) and then on our way home we called into Aldi for some bits to, hopefully, get us through to Friday. We strolled round the store getting thngs off the list, plonked it all on the conveyor and then, just as she'd scanned about half of the stuff, Mr BR suddenly turns to me and says...'did you bring the bank card?'. 'No', says I, 'I thought you had it' but no, he didn't..and neither did I!! So I had to leave him in the shop, drive home, pick up the card, drive back again, all with the car about to run out of petrol!!!
Nightmare, although luckily we were able to see the funny side.
Later, after lunch, I managed to hit myself on the head with a frying pan that I was drying. Don't ask...:oOur LBM: Dec 2011. DMP started: Jan 2012. Debt at LBM: £41,568
