thats what halifax did to me, no notice about a DCA, but mine turned into good news as they have agreed to the reduced payments and no interest for 12mths.
The banks are suppose to contact us, but sounds like they forget us little people in the middle!

It was just a bit of a shock really, to be honest Not helped by the fact that when I rang CCCS to tell them, they said 'oh yes, we know, it's already set up' which just me feel worse!
Still, the YB kept adding on fees on the loan, and wouldn't stop, so, in theory, it'll come down a tiny bit faster now....*tiny*
