Thanks, we could really do with some luck.
I just feel that everything I say or do these days is negative, which doesn't help.

  • I remember you of course :hugs:
Please try and get him to consider selling up. 28 years is an horiffic amount of time for you to be struggling through a dmp. I'm about 4 years away and it feels like a lifetime for me.
I'm not even a little bit surprised that you're depressed... and tbh, I think he should be a little more willing to consider all options as it's his debts that have gotten you where you are. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I like you a lot and feel that you deserve better. I know that it's through thick and thin but it's not fair on you.

    Thanks honey xx

Getting him to even discuss the issue can sometimes be a struggle. He feels like it's all we talk about, and I feel as though we never talk properly about it. Somewhere in the middle is the truth, of course.
I'm still struggling to find work, depression and anxiety disorder not helping there, but I know that if I did manage to get something, it would help, at least a bit.

  • Hi BR,

Just wanted to say good luck with it all, I know what a roller coaster of emotions the DMP is. Hopefully things will turn themselves around and that 28 years will be reduced soon,

Thanks folks, this diary used to be a bit of a bolt hole, but it's feeling less and less like it now.

Should qualify my last statement - I had the first page of my diary c&p'd into a thread in the forum by a guy...made me feel a bit violated, although it's not as if these are private, is it?

Crikey, Rose - that sounds a bit creepy! I suppose it depends on context to some extent but I can understand you aren't happy.
