I didn't win on the National either, something spooky though.

Last year in the works Sweep stake I had Ballybriggs (it won last year), this year I wasn't in the office last Friday so one of the girls picked my horse and she picked...... Ballybriggs....spooky.:rotfl:

    Thanks Migs x

Well, I don't know if anyone is reading any more, but I have had a CBT appt recently and although they told me there was a 6 month waiting list until I got to see anyone else, I have an appt looming for next week!
Not sure if this is just an opening or that they think I need help fast!

    aww, thanks everyone.

Well it's Mr BR's birthday tomorrow and I'm planning to bake a cake (wish me luck with that)
Also the 2nd weekend of family dos arrives this weekend as well and I'm already stressed about it.

Hope the birthday and cake go to plan! Also the weekend. Is it any comfort that Monday's on the way? :)

CBT can be very helpful - I did a bit when I was very stressed and it helped me. I hope you find that too. :)

I hope so too. Even if it just helped to calm me down about some stuff would be helpful.
I've always really stressed the small stuff and would like to be able to be 'normal.
