  • Will let you know how I get on Jeannie, I will try anything and this sounds worth a go even though I understand all our skins will react different to different things.

Please note that I meant EB healing foundation has allantoin in it too...

Not tool. I don't think they supply tools, other than rather nice brushes!

Let me know how you go on - I'm taking my make up off now - and shoving on some of the comfrey.. :D Makes my pillow a bit greasy - and need to change pillowcase more often - but a small price to pay.. :D

  • Just placed an order for the Comfrey, only £4.91 with no delivery charge...How cheap!

Lol at 'tool' I did notice. I've made/seen so many funny typos on this site.

    Hi everyone,
Firstly I would like to say I haven't read all of the replies so please don't shout at me if someone already answered this question.
I've read a lot of what you have to say about mineral make-up and I would like to ask whether you all use the FOUNDATION?? I normaly during the day only wear pressed powder (like l'oreal or l'ancome), no make-up. But I do occasionaly get little darker circles under my eyes. Is there anyone who only uses Finishing powder without the foundation and can tell me about the effects? Or would you recommend JUST the foundation and no powder? I don't like putting too much on my face so I am not sure I would like to regularly use both. Occasionaly when I go out I do, but only when my skin really needs proper touch-up
    Thank you

I've tried the Avon mineral make-up. It was chalky and sank into my pores and lines. Awful stuff.

Ok I use mineral foundation when I want a finished look - like hide me blotches and redness and other nasties. Other times I will use just the mineral Veil from BE which sort of makes for an airbrushed look (works really well when I take of my glasses ;) ).

Mineral finishing "powders" arent like ordinary ones which are used mainly to "set" foundation. With minerals they are very very very light and are used really to give an "air brushed" finish or to blot oil

I've not been airbrushed - nor have any finishing powder. Didn't someone say that the finishing powders had 'stuff' in that weren't pure or am I talking cr*p? I am very tired.......

Any - if you don't like wearing make up - then use the mineral foundations and just do a light dusting or more if want an evening look. Its so light and pure (as long as you use the pure ones and not the high street imitations) - it is as light as you want it, doesn't clog - and is lighter than pressed powder. And a lot healthier too!!

Thank you very much for this. I've ordered some Lilylolo Foundation and powder last night. If it doesn't work I will order the EB, but I couldn't find on the website how to order just samples.
I don't know how to "THANKS" someone on the blog, any advise please?
