You can order samples from Everyday Minerals. I did so based on recommendations on this site and I really like their products. I have BE already, but find that I tend to use EM more often. Good coverage, good texture, and lovely finish.

Samples are free, you only have to pay for postage, which is about 5 USD.

Sorry I am going off the subject here - but I've noticed your signature below your quotes.
Are you seriously not buying clothes for a year????:rotfl:

Yes, it was really tough at first (esp when the BOden sale started...lol), but I hardly notice anymore. I must admit that I was a complete shopaholic before so I do have enough clothes to get through a year without buying any :o . I also started knitting a few months ago and I've allowed myself clothes that I've knitted myself but it takes forever to knit them!

I do cheat though - I still buy new knickers :rotfl: . Just not 'proper' clothes.
Not buying clothes for a year - it's liberating!

I can't recall exactly - I think it was between 1 and 2 weeks. And the samples last forever - I must have got at over 20 applications out of one sample. Maybe more.

I cannot imagine that!! I've tried to promise myself that I won't shop much clothes few times, but very soon I always find that I have no long sleeve top for work, or my old jeans are too small/big for me and look awfull or something like that... And the worst thing is, that there is TK Maxx (my favourite shop) is just next door to my supermarket...So always when I go to buy food I have to just "pop in".
    I have to say, I envy you!!:A

Got my samples today from EM - ordered on the 19th (evening, and a Bank holiday in between), so pretty good I'd say. The samples look very nice too - will try them out for work tomorrow.

Just found out how to THANK. I don't know where I was looking before!!
Genie - I know what you mean about the pressed powder. I always had a nice skin, but wanted the airbrushed look and didn't want make-up and powder as it requires according to magazines, so went for the compromise with the pressed powder applied with sponge thinking that it will look better then just powder and won't be as heavy as liquid make up. And guess what!! I have lots of tiny spots mainly on my chin and on my forehead which are below skin and not doing anything except to discolour my skin tone!
Minerals are so nice and light - I hope you get on with Lily lolo - if not, contact Nicola at EB - I'm sure she will help - I know she will! Its nice to get that personal touch!

Racheljessica - might be talking complete bull as I'm a mineral newbie myself, but I'm sure somebody will correct me if I am :D The itchy thing is bismuth, and not all ranges contain it - Elemental Beauty doesn't. As regards mixing foundations for the right shade, EB will help you find a custom blend if one of their standard colours doesn't work for you :T

(I am in no way affiliated to EB, but their customer service is fantastic).
That's why us sensitive souls like EB :D
