I have used them in the past with no problems, but now notice you send cheque as payment (which I did), and filled in the booking form straight away.

I have had no collection, (for 3 days), and filled in 3 booking forms, emailed them via the contact a seller, and emailed them direct.

I will not be using them again, if they cannot provide the service they are advertising.

Not good... At least they havent got your money and your parcel like they have with me!

Has anyone had any luck contacting these guys yet? They are still not answering their phone. However they are giving out Ebay feedback so it seems someone is at home.

Has anyone used them recently? They say they now accept Paypal. If I pay via Paypal, is my package likely to be picked up? Their feedback is still looking comparatively good.

Due to high amounts of fraud with our services through the use of Paypal, We no longer accept this method of payment. However the same level of service will be provided on the basis of trust.

I guess they've had too many chargebacks with Paypal

I wonder why they haven't looked at offer something like Nochex as a payment option, if they don't want the direct cost of accepting Credit/Debit cards

I have IM Kevin again now at 12.30.Someone was there.Problem is he may not want more customers and part of his service is probably not to deal with problems when they arrive.

I do hope he can sort out your problems guys and give you some answers.Funny that I have used 'problem ' a few times.

I have no parcel, no knowledge of its whereabouts, nobody replying from Selective International and an invoice from TNT....

Some of you may have heard of Selective,a courier, that operates on Ebay. While their rates are low,but not always the lowest, their customer service appears invisible.Whilst I have not had any problems with them,it seems from reading other forum members posts on here, that if something goes wrong you are on your own in sorting it out.
I also see they don't accept paypal anymore.
I still have three credits remaining. If things go wrong when I now order a collection, can I go ahead and claim a refund,as I paid a few months ago through paypal?
Also as I will only be using one credit, can I claim the other two as a refund?

Whilst he is there through IM he wishes not to respond.I have posted a thread in the Ebay section about unused credits from him.
