How do I go about this? They have £25 of my money, my parcel worth £100 and I have a bill from TNT for delivery to their office!

You could also take it to the small claims court, this is what I'll be doing shortly

Things must have got so bad for him that he use to reply to the bad feedback he got.I wonder if he is still around?
Does anyone live close to his premises and can pay him a visit?
Surprised he is still allowed to trade on Ebay under the Selective 2007 name.

I thought you had to have 98% or more feedback to be a powerseller? He currently has 95.9% - Awful!

On an up note, USE itdistributionuk they use parcelforce, and are great! Pay by paypal or credit card.

Has anyone here had any luck contacting them or getting their parcels collected?

Looking at the ebay feedback, some people are leaving good feedback for collections made in the past week & they are responding to feedback. But I have rebooked an international package 3 times & still no collection.

I can't find another courier to send it at a reasonable price :( (I tried Pharos who wanted £110 whereas Selective charge £20!).

Funny thing is bid-cool and bargains-and-logistics(they changed their username) are both not registered users and both were also doing cheap courier deals.
It distribution have a nice £150 insurance and also I like the idea of more than one delivery attempt, wheras payperdrop seem to only want to do the one delivery attempt, then a further charge.

More tips always appreciated.Expect selective 2007 to be not registered user soon on Ebay.

I have used payperdrop several times with no problem, and not been charged any extra if another delivery attempt had to be made.

How do I go about this please? How do I prove what was in the parcel and its value? I managed to speak to someone at Selective on Friday and they promised to ring me back later on Friday to tell me where my parcel was but they never did... They also said to post the invoice from TNT to them...
