Don't worry about paying that invoice vjain, TNT have no claim against you. Their contract is with Selective2007.

I think your next course of action would be to issue a court claim against selective for the shipping cost you paid plus the value of your items.

I guess Selective2007 are now finished, Parcelforce & DHL have ditched them, Paypal had too many claims & complaints about them, dunno if they've ever traded with Nochex.

Anyway I guess they're unhappy at one of their competitors & tried losing them some business by reporting their booking form link to eBay & they're now emailing all their customers explaining how they're going to trade in future.

If you recently received an email from eBay stating our listings were removed due to inappropriate links, please note this is an error made by eBay (they did not understand the reason for our booking form link, as eBay do not ever look at anything properly). The listings have been restored and will show up within a few hours maximum if not already showing already.

I presume it was Kevin (Selective2007) that reported you for your 'booking link'.
Well how about reporting Kevin to eBay for his multiple listings when your only allowed 15 in the same catergory.

Also one you have the resources to cope, I would try & lower your price a little maybe back to £4.40 or less & blow the rest off eBay

Tip: Place 1 listing (10 day format) of each service, every day & within 10 days you'll have a complete coverage across that eBay catergory

The Neg you currently have, report them for false contact info & eBay will remove it.

Hmm well my invoice and receipt from TNT doesnt mention Selective specifically but as from the address and company name where I work... :rolleyes:

At least I kept a list of all the items in the parcel I was sending to India... I am a bit hesitant about starting court claims and not quite sure how to go about it all... I'm still hopeing for some response from Kevin. If anyone is able to get in touch with him...

DHL advised me to report it as theft to the police, don't know how seriously they would take it though? I'm also thinking of speaking to trading standards to see if they can do anything

Trading Standards won't do anything, they don't like to get involved. You will have more luck talking to a brick wall.

The only "effective" method will be to issue court documents.

Was again told today that Kevin was out delivering but would call me back...... Suprise suprise no call back......... They have had my money since 4th April now and they have my parcel........... I even checked with my relatives in India in case they had been sent it but they have received nothing................
