Payperdrop have constantly done a very good service and have traded on Ebay for a while now.I appreciate Kevin may have offered his services to another person(s),and not pay, maybe true with him ,but I have no doubts that DHL would have already pulled the plug on PPD by now. So is Kevin still trading at his depot?
As for poor customer service-I recently commented on here about PPD excellent live chat.Again maybe with Kevin but not what I have been used to .
Yes he may want to come in with another disguise and that will probably be a third party, but as for the items he is selling, some of us have copies of those and saved searches on Ebay to identify when they will come back.
Furthermore, Kevin has a certain style to his grammer and presentation.Easily
identified in a future sale.Just look at his reply to bad feedback sometime ago
Good luck Kevin in whatever you do,but at the moment you may have to deal with your customers court actions and possibly the baliffs,if it comes to that.
More sleepless nights to come.
Anyway Skipper welcome to MSE if you are really a new member.
Lastly Send your parcels.....can you give out a local area number instead of the 0870 you list. That way your customers don't have to pay the dreaded 10p per minute to query or even ask for a service. Will you also be getting live chat?We look forward to you listing on Ebay shortly.I have sent you a PM about this.
Hi -I Never received the private message0 -

I can't remember it off the top of my head but last time I checked he had not logged on to this site for a few weeks... I still have no idea where my parcel worth £100 plus is, that was meant to be delivered to my relatives in India...0 -
I finally had someone answer the phone at Selective International. Someone who sounds like he was in an Indian call centre or just off a plane from India...... He refused to take a message or ask Kevin to call me and insisted I must use "da vebsite do contact to Mr Kevin"... As usual "Mr Kevin" is out delivering...0

Breakthrough! I got vjain's relative pick up the phone, he explained to me kevin is struggling because he lost his contract with DHL, kept me talking for 2 minutes and eventually gave me kevin's mobile number!
I'll post the progress when I called him0 -

When you speak to Kevin on the mobile, please find out where my parcel is or tell him that I will get his new member of staff (my 'cousin') deported! :rotfl: Maybe if he gets deported he could take my parcel with him, if Kevin hasnt sold the contents on eBay already!!!!!!0 -
Your cousin is really nice and about him taking the parcel with him that cracked me up I'm still laughing.
As for seriousness his phone is turned off!0 -

Hi guys
Whether it's trying to contact on here, mobile,Keighley depot or IM,this guy is
ignoring you all.I'm surprised that no members as yet,has visited the depot and reported back on here.
You can't miss Kevin's face,he the one with the chubby cheeks.
I wonder if you should have a chat with his local trading standards office. They may already have a case on him ongoing.
Of course you always have the court route.I personally am trying to claim via paypal.Only I did pay back in Dec 2006 and want £11.97 back.Unsure whether they are going to charge me but that's my case.
I also note that some of you have paid in other methods, only because Kevin knew the paypal route was damaging him.0
