Luckily the person who has sent my parcel lives in huddersfield or something, which is only about 28 miles from keighley, he is planning on visiting the depot in person.

    Hi guys
Whether it's trying to contact on here, mobile,Keighley depot or IM,this guy is
ignoring you all.I'm surprised that no members as yet,has visited the depot and reported back on here.
You can't miss Kevin's face,he the one with the chubby cheeks.
I wonder if you should have a chat with his local trading standards office. They may already have a case on him ongoing.

Of course you always have the court route.I personally am trying to claim via paypal.Only I did pay back in Dec 2006 and want £11.97 back.Unsure whether they are going to charge me but that's my case.

I also some of you have paid in other methods, only because Kevin new the paypal route was damaging him.

Hmm thats why the so and so stopped using Paypal!... I paid £24.99 via cheque and he also has the value of all my items in the parcel worth approx £100-150...

I'm thinking of opening a dispute against my seller.

I don't really want to, because he is a decent guy, giving people good deals and generally making a lot of people happy. I'm doing it as insurance (I don't want the time to pass and I lose my money)

    Worthwhile or not?

I have seen alot of members feedback on here and quite a few unhappy customers reading his feedback on Ebay.So what's the solution?.....
How can you really show Kevin you mean business?
Do you fight fire with fire?
Sometimes people register a fake name and address on Ebay.Naughty I know, but it does happen.Don't we just
hate it?Some people do deserve it back sometimes in life..................

I wonder whether a faker would love to Buy all his auctions.Funny because the Buy it Now is so convienient.Shame you won't want to pay.

That should cheese him off.......Think of all the listing charges........
So much hassle............... Sorry to show my ill feelings.
Please don't even think of doing this. It's not nice and you may get into trouble.

I am going to speak to the police as advised by DHL and my bank to see what they can do. If anyone has already done this can you let me know so I can pass the relevant information onto them

A colleague of mine called on Selective this week -it would appear the office is full of parcels, many international - Nobody appears to be doing anything there - 4 guys sat around - they most certainly are not pulling out the stops on customer service - I believe he's trod on a few toes locally and is now on borrowed time. The judiciary seem to be the least of his problems. Shame, as everybody says he seems a nice guy -or a really good conman.
  • I would go to his office myself and get my italy parcel if i didnt live 283 miles away in somerset
I would be quite happy if he just returned my parcel so i could then send it out using another courier as i dont need this hassle right now

Basically he used selective international, and gave me the slip about the courier, (I kept asking for a consignment number and eventually he told me he wasn't using the courier he originally said) and also charged me £20 delivery for the £3.99 charge selective charges.

    Worthwhile or not?

Your contract is with the seller, not selective. It is not your responsiblity to chase up selective. I would open a dispute with the seller.

If you have any details on the italy parcel let me have them an i will enquire at the local parcel depot. They did work for Selective for a week then dumped him, They are allegedly owed some serious money and have a small cage of freight in the depot - They probably have the same problems as us. Its grasping at straws but you never know ?

They are a really good outfit and have sent on parcels for other selective customers who were out when they tried to deliver to them and selective just told them to RTS. if they can help I am sure they will.
