I have used payperdrop several times with no problem, and not been charged any extra if another delivery attempt had to be made.

Nice post.I have asked them whether it's necessary for them to include this in their adverts. It puts me off.

I have just been onto DHL to track two international parcels that were collected using Selective over two weeks ago. DHL have said that Selective no longer have an account with DHL as of a few months ago and are under investigation by DHLs security department due to misrepresentation of DHL and have advised me to report this matter to the police as theft!

Thanks for the info Mordillo, that probably explains why they no longer offer international shipping as they use DHL for this.

vjain if you go to the Money Claim website, you can fill out a small claims form there but you will have to pay £30 (which you should get back).

Do you know where your package is now?

After numerous attempts Kevin is still not replying.I cannot understand why Ebay is still allowing him to list his courier service on their site.

I have sent them an email to claim a refund on my credits as I paid them via paypal.I see he doesn't use it anymore and would assume that he has no cash in his account.

I do hope he can still be charged though.

    Kevin....if you are reading this.
I see that you maybe up for theft and dishonesty.I wonder if you will be locked up.....can we come to visit you and bring you a little present or two?
I bet you love receiving presents that are not yours.

vjain, was a tracking number and DHL paperwork supplied when the parcel was collected? If so if you pm me I will give you the name and number of who to speak to in DHL re their investigations. It may not help you get your parcel delivered but at least it will provide more evidence when they take action against him.

My parcel was to be sent to India and was to be sent via his offices, so it was only sent within the UK via TNT... Surprise surprise no call from Kevin.......

I'm in a situation at the moment...

    * I have paid for the parcel by Airmail on 4th April
    * Selective may have my parcel of items for my relatives in India worth say approx £100...
    * I have an invoice of £40+ from TNT for delivery of the parcel to Selective's offices
    * I don't know where my parcel currently is!!!!!!!!!
