Selective International

I filled out and paid for a parcel collection last Thursday. I called this morning at 9am & a woman rebooked the service for me as she said it probably hadn't gone through. At 11am, they turned up to collect.

Would this have been the collection I booked last Thursday or the new one I rebooked at 9am this morning? Are they that quick??

If it is most likely a delayed collection which I booked last Thursday then I will need to call them to cancel tomorrow as there is nothing to collect now!

#I had nothing but trouble with them over 4 packages until I got stroppy and got refund through paypal.

They have terrible customer service, erratic patterns, useless phone lines and to be honest if you are running a business you dont need to be guessing which day time or driver will turn up.

I use the enemy now that costs £1.74 more a go for 24 hr delivery and I have never had a problem. The same guy turns up at the exact same time I can get through on their phone lines and they have been extremely pleasant everytime.

Just my opinion but get your dosh back through paypal and find a decent courier that fits your needs and pocket !

What a joke!

If you neg them then you recieve the usual neg back, usually blaming you for not filling the form in correctly.

Bullpoo its their balls up not ours!:mad:

i've used the other courier and have had no problems at all.

i've left a few messages on answer phone, i've spoken to people and had my details taken and been told i would be called back a few times, i have emailed and sent messages through ebay a few times but i have NEVER had an email or a call back from them

Only £50 insurance andnot taking paypal...

I've been waiting for a parcel to be picked up since 4th April!!!!!!!!!!! It contains lots of pressies for my cousin's new baby boy in India and I am getting fed up waiting... :mad: I paid weeks ago by cheque and still no pick up... :mad: :mad: I keep ringing them and it just keeps ringing and then says "please call again later!"
