The warranty information (and registering) is inside the back cover of the "service manual" book.
Website to register it is:
http://euservice.hannspree.netThey promised the earth...and delivered mud. Technically though it did meet the spec.0 -

If it's not working properly then why do you need to pay collection costs? What goes around - comes around0 -

yeah I know, for all I know the goods were not 'faulty' and they are just the way they are, ie. sometimes struggle on PC playback, could be a bit of a poopy circuit board/panel or indeed it was faulty, it IS cheap for a reason I'm guessing though.
DSR states "The trader may charge you for the cost of collecting the goods, or you may have to pay the return postage yourself, unless the goods were faulty in the first place."
I'm not really interested in being stiffed waiting 30 days for my money back by putting up a fight about it, not actually knowing the set was faulty or not is why I agreed to them collecting it and me carrying the bag for collection costs.
Lindsay did say that's what it cost them (£35) which I thought a little naughty of him to state but he did promise he would sort out my PayPal refund quickly.....I trust he'll honor his word, the set went back Thursday, they'll have received it Friday, thus far.......no refund...I'll keep u all posted though.0 -
Has anyone hooked up a PS3 to this ? Also doesn't seem that Intekx have a secure site to make payment with via credit card.
Thanks.0 -

But two instead - it rocks!
No regrets.... I am only watching Digitial Satellite and picture is awesome. I am sure against a Sony you'd see the differnece but right now sat in my room beaming 37" of glory at me (?!?!?) it looks magnificant.
Stop humming and rr'ing you will not be disappointed.
Rob.

Have just taken the plunge and ordered one of these!
Has anyone bought a wall bracket that fits? I have seen the earlier links to universal ones, but just wondered if anyone can confirm they do fit. Thanks,
