Ive had mine a few of weeks. Phoned them up a few days later asking about the invoice - because someone either in this thread or the av forum thread said that there TV had a fault and Hannspree didnt want to know unless they had an invoice - I was put through to Lindsay Hackett and was told that the invoices are sent out a few days after the TV arrives. Waited till Friday (02.03.07), phoned them again and was put through to Lindsay again and was told that because of a sudden upsurge in business and staff sickness the invoices were not sent out, he remembered me from my earlier call and told me that he would deal with this himself and that I would have the invoice by Tuesday at the latest.
Waited till yesterday (13.03.07) Phoned again! Left my number as Lindsay was 'really busy'. was told he'd phone me and he did. He said he'd sent me an email with the invoice attached and would also get it sent out to me by post. Last night at 19.58 I recieved an email from Lindsay with the invoice attached as a jpeg.
It seems to me that there a tiny company who have took advantage of the fact that there in the same bulding as Hannspree UK..a few drinks here..a few deals there...and hey presto they can sell these TV's £50 or so less than big boy Misco.
Despite the invoice delay, the communication with Lindsay has been excellant.
Just one thing about my TV (which I am very happy with by the way)....I use it mostly as a PC monitor via VGA, only other device connected to it at the mo is my Telewest(Virgin...Grrrrr) box via scart. I have PIP on a lot and when I pess the 'swop' button on the remote the sound goes lower for sum reason. After a few minutes it goes back to normal. Anyone else had this problem?? Not megga for me, I can live with it....I think! lol0 -

I been tempted to get the Hannspree 37" as we recently moved house and my 26" looks far too small. Theres a Humax 40" on Amazon for just over £540 + P&P although it looks like its an import.
I heard the slightly older Hannspree is better

Help!!! I now have my tv (37 Hannspree) and my wall bracket. But which holes are for wall mounting? Anyone know please?0
-
I've just ordered one, will feedback when I have it all setup properly, got a Sky+ box, Xbox 360 and Wii ready to plug in and test it out!0

Now had the 37” Hannspree for a couple of weeks and it is GREAT! The HD quality on Virgin+ is just WOW.
We had a problem in the first week with pixelation on the picture and menu, but this was collected and a new given in exchange. I would rate highly the company, service and product.

Now i can getthis for £590 with 3 year swapout warrenty - do you think i can do better than that anywhere ?
I would like HDMI , HDCP over DVI & component
Tuner would be good especially Digi, any card slots would also be cool
Must look nice, have good warrenty not to bulky and preferably with speakers below or removable
Can anyone advise or is that teh best i'll get ?
