Me too! Ok, the specs on the newer one are worse. Why? Anyone got the newer version? If its better mine could develop a fault! haha

Hang on! Older? Newer? I got the JT02-37

I think you guys are getting the new 32" mixed mixed up with the 37" as there is currently a new 32" out model number YT07-32 which indeed has a lower contrast ratio of 750:1 the older 32" model number JT01-32 come with a contrast ratio of 1000:1 so yet the newer model is of lesser spec. But to my knowledge the 37" is still the same spec as model numbers starting JT are the older models

Well it's set up and running. Very easy to do.Looks very good. I'm quite fussy and hate the look of LCD tellys (or rather the picture they give) but have to say I am quite impressed. It will take some time to adjust the colours to how I like them, as tv's always seem to be set up too vividly for my liking, but so far so good. DH is very impressed indeed. He thinks it's spot on. Watching from theside, the colours bcome more pastel, but their claim to 170 degree viewing angle is justified. Watched some HD stuff, which was bob-on. Used as pc screen it is excellent. My only gripe would apply to other tvs too. To use the whole screen, you either watch in widescreen which distorts everyone, or zoom in which cuts off some of the picture. You can also watch in other settings which show the whole pic, but using less of the screen. I'd prefer the tv to use the whole screen for normal tv, and a blank panel top and bottom for films etc in widescreen. Overall....great service, great product, great price.:):):)

In my opinion 37" looks so much better, the Hannspree has the same shiny black finish as the Sammy however not as much of it, therefore I think it looks a more expensive TV.

In terms of picture quality my pal with a Sony Bravia thinks mines better and we both use Sky SD.

Overall I am delighted with it.
