Had my TV 2 weeks and my pal with the Sony Bravia is green with envy. My picture quality is better than hers and we both used Sky SD. Her TV cost 3 times mine!!
Plus she only got a one year guarantee.0 -
thanks lucy, and all other reviewers on this thread (cant thank today, dunno why!)I'm going to take the plunge, as a gift for DH 40th which is next week. Shame i missed the last weekend's special offer...did anuyone see it? £479, must be a whole £14 off! Can anyone with one of these explain to me how you handle Freeview?
I currently have a Panasonic CRT and Freeview box and its such a pain having to switch them on independently and using two remotes etc esp. for volume... its a given you can never find the two remotes of course. I know I can get a programmable but that's just more expense and likely to attract the attentions of a toddler - any other solutions?
I'd vowed never to buy an LCD without Freeview built in but I have to confess I'm tempted.0 -

Selotape your 2 remotes together for an instant solution.
I bought one of these, its brilliant to play the 360 on, dvd didn't blow me away but cant complain for the price, it did develop a fault with the scarts but it seems like it is going to be replaced tomorrow so all is well0 -
Had mine a couple of weeks now also and it's brilliant! The quality is amazing even for SD and the PC input was ace.
The remote is a little on the cheap side but the TV itself is absolutely fine.
The only thing I noticed is that twice whilst watching Sky the channel has suddenly changed from Scart 1 to some crazy channel with random letters as it's name. It then flicked back instantly. Not enough to put me off this TV though.
As far as I know, not had any invoice or anything in the post like some of you were talking about. How long would it take to arrive?0 -
