I am worried about Doglet. For the first time in his life he peed indoors. On his bed, having dragged it off the sofa to the floor. Usually it is grizzle grizzle grizzle and I know household schedules have been alltocock with lodger being up and about so early, but usually he goes down, greets lodger and gets let out then back to bed for cuddles until I get up. Didn't move when lodger arose or DH staggered about with morning ablutions then in the 5 mins it took me to get up "dressed" and go downstairs he had done it.
He smelt very strongly of old doggie, like he had been busting for a while but not a murmur out of him. I do hope this is not the start of a problem with him that will cause stress and upset to all.
Aside from that I have to determine what I am going to do over Easter weekend. DH has organised some boys activities so I am being abandoned from Sat to Mon (by the time he gets his head back on track) and I don't want to be sat at home festering. Even if I get on and do gardening or something there is going to be chunks of time when I am alone and frankly I need company I think.
So we will get the information about money in the next few days, and we now have to hope that ANY of the enquirers made so far about DH and work come to fruition ....
So dear friends in the Black Box, can you please undertake whatever rituals you use, urn your sacrificial totem poles and request of your chosen higher being for a wee bit of positivity in this direction please?
OK off to keep working like a good little pit pony and stave off the cold (turn the heating off except for 2 hours in the house, DH is well (enough to irritate me still) and can maintain a constant temperature so no need to spend money when it is not required. Let's see if he notices!Start info Dec11

So in true prep style we now have a humongous amount of food in the house, and other stuff house work done, ironing on the agenda for tomorrow.
we have a plan for the Big R money to save us. Also cancelled my one "indulgence" the gym so have 5 more weeks of this then that is it. Hoping the weather may be NOT snowing so I can make up for it by working out in the outdoors.
God help us if anything happens, or if anyone actually wants some, thing like the mortgage loan amount repaying!
Sadly Doglet seems to be unwell ..... It may be a trip to our friendly v.e.t. Lets hope the insurance covers it !
Car is also in need of 2 new tyres ,.. In the budget and CostC0 is the answ.
Heads up for those with a C0stc0 card, 8 raspberry canes for £2.99 or gooseberry trees £2.99 .........Start info Dec11

Well the house is groaning under the weight of food here. DH interview today didn't go well, but they have said call Wed for final news. He has managed to do not lot more, although has been recalled to docs, bit worrying. Answers tomorrow
Cash flow is sooooooooooooooooo tight until July we cannot afford to get anything wrong and nothing can break until then.
Doglet seems to have sort of recovered .... Well ate his dinner eventually.Start info Dec11

So he couldn't get an appt with docs as phone was engaged and all appts had gone for the day by the time he got through, told to try again tomorrow. What if this was urgent? I personally think they are going to tell him the results they told him last time he went it as officially these had not been released at the time .....
Work is ramping up here not sure how much more ramped it can get but I have had 3 new projects chucked at me to investigate and prepare for a meeting on TOMORROW. I ask you! So am currently having a wee rebellion and not busting a gut doing stuff I have found a report i will have a shufty through later and then make a few comments based on that.
And yes this is on top of the ongoing REALLY BIG project.
Matters fiscal are looking hideously tight and there is nothing I can do about it just ride this one out. Hope to get the news from DH as to when he gets his final pay and then we can play the pay the debts off game and sort the bits out. Was talking to DH about his commuting ability and we think a little motorbike might be the best option if he is working locally. His car is NOT commutable in - and I need mine for work here but nothing being done until he has a job and if it is not commutable by train / foot. Only have to wait for tomorrow and see what the score is on that one. He has spoken to someone today about the possibility of another job so fingers crossed all.Start info Dec11

I shall have my fingers crossed for OH both interview and docs. Glad you're making a stand at work, it's not possible to do everything, those that think you should ought to get their proverbial fingers out and give a helping hand.
