Today I will pass on the personal trainer bit - I am having enough problems breathing and lying let alone breathing and walking and I am sure anything more enthusiastic would result in medical intervention! Once I have got this lurgy licked I will be back to the gym with a vengeance.
However relationship counseling .... now are you sure about this? I am not sure any one has that much patience and ear time available. But willing to try anything. I have before money became traumatic thought about life coaching but never found someone who I really clicked with.
I am trying to get rid of this fed-up-ness - belly dancing is something I have done before and it's good fun but you learn about muscles you don't know exist til the next day or one after that.
Glad to have you on board for this journey.
Now if you will excuse me I need to have a cough and a little sleep. So tired still!Start info Dec11

I have awarded myself another poorly day as when I tried to get out of bed it took me 10 minutes to stop coughing, leaving me feeling rather light headed and dizzy. I also have a mega earache going on, combined with the hot flushes is making for a very unhappy state of affairs. Thankfully the coughing has become slightly less violent and I am now ensconced on the sofa with Doglet being all cute and cuddly.
So the plan for today - snooze, take paracetamol and do less than nothingStart info Dec11

You poor thing, you really do sound poorly. I hope the rest today helped you feel a bit better and that horrid earache has gone. Cuddles with doglet sound like a lovely idea. I had cuddles with DGDs today which always makes me feel better. Get better soon honey.

Thank you both for your kind words. I manage to wipe myself out back at Work for one day , fell asleep on the sofa when i got home and that was that. I still have a streamer of a cold, but that is capably handled by drugs. It is the sleep which needs work. Cancelled all gym sessions. Still have not made bed for guests coming this weekend but DH said he would do today.
Aside from that I am now going to spend a productive day at work honest!Start info Dec11

You poor thing! These bugs take their time to work their way through your system. You can only do what you are doing and know the end is in sight.
I know you didn't want to cancel the gym classes, but you know it's for the best until your body has recovered.
I do hope you have a great weekend with your friends.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Well to be honest I can prolly find a million reasons to mean I could be in work but I do lead by example and I think it's a bit off when leaders cannot demonstrate the values they ask of others.
So I am actually taking a lunch break as I type this. First one this year! I usually work through, either at desk or on a working lunch with directors.
I am pleased what I said was ok, rid wonder if it was a bit hard, but having been there done that with Mater ... Best to save your energy for a battle worth having with these Mater types!
I also have a MAJOR IMPORTANT project to sort, so extended poorliness is NOT AN OPTION. plus I am well enough to be irritated by being unwell if that makes sense ...... Cough cough cough ....
