Kitchen clean, aside from very tops of cupboards, as I can't get up there without a person to assist otherwise I will stand the chance of ending up flat on my face on the floor .... not elegant.

I've done it all except remaking bed in spare room, dust downstairs living room and ironing
I feel utterly and completely shattered
I had 12hours sleep no less tired today
I do think I am coming down with flu ish type thing it is doing the rounds at work , I really do feel as if I have been run over by a bus.
We ordered the blind too now just carpet to order and sort in the next few weeks.
Plus I have decided to give myself a break and use technology as honestly there are times when working is all I Can achieve in a day.

Can't feel happy at the moment. DH and I just seem to make it from one day to another, no intimacy :o
It's a struggle just to make it out of bed mentally most days
Work is mega stressful and I simply need to get on with it make headway progress anything but being in this stagnant state. I simply have run out of oomph.
Weight will not shift, everything I thought I had lost since the beginning of the year is now back on.
I have ANOTHER lurgy every time I think I am making progress I just go Back to square one sometimes beyond it.

    Help. Ideas really welcome here.

I am currently residing on the sofa having taken everyone's advice, coughing and about to take more paracetamol to combine with the hot water bottle keeping my tootsies warm. Dog is most disgusted he only has 2 chairs to chose from and not the sofa today!

Hello my dear, so sorry to hear you are feeling poorly still. Glad you took advice and stayed home though. I'm off to the docs in a mo to see what he suggests, shooting me perhaps.

Have read your whole thread over the last couple of days so have finally caught up. You sounded so angry at life in general at the start, so I'm pleased to see you sounding better these days. You have come a long way in a year.

As you know I totally understand where you are coming from re OH as mine is pretty similar. In fact, there are so many similarities between you and I, you could be me, only of course a tad younger - :D

Hope you have a nice relaxing day, please don't overdo it.
