Bother, meant to mention I also managed to reduce the sugar in my daily munching yesterday to the recommended amount. Felt really hungry last night and not at all full despite having chili and rice for dinner (and a big portion at that).

Have a salad today, white cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, toms, carrot, last of a bag of mixed leaves and half an avocado. Probably going to be over on the sugar again but sounds very healthy doesn't it!!! Oh and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil just for a little moisture.

Managed to stop cravings for bread products (just type source of L-cysteine in bread into g00gle). So when the donuts appeared yesterday instead of thinking yum, need one I thought BLERGH and left well alone.

Porridge this morning so trying to create new habits to replace perhaps not so health ones. My aim is to get back into the swing of gym sessions before, although the classes have all changed and I don't like some of them at the times I can get to them now.

Right off to DO some work now.

The eating plan sounds healthy and if the bread craving is going already, it shows it's working. I've heard that upping the protein in a meal helps with hunger, so adding extra beans to the chilli would help. However, too many beans might lose you a few friends....

Hey what's going on with the boss? Lunch and sending you home when you're unwell? He must appreciate you!

    Hope you feel better soon.

So DH was planning to go see mate who is staying locally for work, but admitted he didn't have much money and so was going to eat at home before going out, book train ticket to use super cheap ticket and cash back site and only have couple of drinks.

Mate has been recalled to work so he is now not going out and he said "good means I save the money"

    Baby steps

Going through IT pain today - changing stuff just seems to mean lost day at work for me!!

Bored now, bills paid and no more money making for this month - BB at home now working apparently.

Now under 11 stone! Yippee. Not done more exercise just cut out carbs, snacks and reduced squash consumption, this carbs. I can keep this up so hope a lifestyle change rather than short term effect!

Been loaned a bread maker to try out with DH. Hoping if I can get him to like means I can make better for you bread for us both. DH is skeptical reckons it will be a faff and more expensive than shop bought plastic stuff. The aim is to convince him otherwise. First loaf due out in 10 mins! Thought the smell would permeate the house when cooking but doesn't really. Perhaps when taken out?
Also off out tonight to staff do, chosen most healthy option but will have champagne so focussing on being good today.
DH and I decided will not have discounted but still at a cost to us night away for Valentine but will go for dinner at our favourite restaurant as a treat. So saving for that.
    Bread out time!

5kg or 11lb left to lose to be ideal weight for height which is where i was from 18 to 30. It all went heavy shaped after that. Well horse died, met DH, stopped riding, going to gym and started doing more sit on butt stuff .... Lifestyle change. Plus DH portion control is absent lol

    and bread smells YUMMY!
