:mad:Came back to work and the little darlings are trying their best to scupper my resolution of reducing my weight and getting back to healthy eating and more exercise.
2 bottles of vino on my desk and in the kitchen we have:
1 large in biscuits
1 large tin quality street
1 large box H0t3l Ch0oc0late selection (my personal favourite)
So food diary needed and here is going to have to suffice.
NYD I had:
2 small eggs poached and 3 slices unsmoked bacon
4 tablespoons chicken and mangetout with oyster sauce with 2 tablespoons rice
1 piece t0bler0ne
only fruit tea or lemon in hot water or squash all day
We also went dog walking for 45 mins
Today I have had
1 banana
half a carton of leek and potato soup
6 brazil nuts
6 more mixed nuts (about now!)
6 or more fruit teas of lemon in hot water so far (means I have to leave the desk and go downstairs for the loo so as a consequence I am up and down the stairs too and getting up more from desk, plus drinking means I feel a bit fuller so helping with hunger. More hungry today than yesterday - how does that work?)
For dinner I am going to have an omelet or a different soup perhaps hot and sour veggie one???
I also did a 20 min walk and 20 mins yoga this am
I have booked the 1.5 hour yoga class at the gym tonight also (go me!) as if I book it I will have to go as I feel bad otherwise
My plan is more about lifestyle changes: stop eating the sweet stuff that regularly appears at work (donuts, biscuits, bread, cakes) replacing this with nuts and fruit, also stop eating bread as a sandwich is the quick fix option (it makes me bloated anyway so that will be a double bang) I want to get at least 3 of my 5 a day in at work.
I don't usually drink caffeinated drinks so fruit tea is standard for me, that is OK. But I have been drinking more of the squashes at home and although these are more dilute than most have them the sugar content has to be accounted for - and I make them by the pint so always hydrated but all adds up on the calorie front. SOOOOOO I will have one pint when I get home and that is it.
Don't drink a great deal of alcohol so will just continue with this at no more than one bottle of wine a week. Usually this is much lower closer to 1 glass a week.
The other big thing is cheese, I love it so only in cooking now and not go to the fridge for a chuck as a snack. :rotfl:
Maybe I am aiming high but I think that I can get back the willpower and therefore level of fitness and dress fitting I had a few years ago.
I am going to propose to DH that he spends whatever he likes on himself providing he spends the same on paying back his loan ... trying to incentive this behaviourI may be banging my head on a very thick wall here but I am compelled to try (why???)

The food temptations at work are horrific! There are two tins of chocolates in our staff room too.
I'm cutting out wine for January, in the hope that kick starts my weight loss. I too am too heavy and I must deal with it. We'll keep each other company!
I have feta cheese and black olives with a spinach and tomato salad tonight. I had a portion of soup at work and a couple of coffees. So up until now, I am on the straight and narrow...Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

I was going to cut wine until my birthday (April) but work do on 19th and frankly they owe me a hangover!
Dinner was scuppered by DH who cooked me a small HM steak pie, green beans and carrots. Can't complain but was a bit more than I planned. Didn't eat the pie crust top, in a vain attempt to make it healthier!
