    Hi everyone

Thank you SO much for all my lovely birthday messages! am feeling very popular :D

I had a lovely day in the end, did go to the pub after work, but literally was for one drink. Then came home and mum had made a lovely vegetable lasagne (my favourite) for a treat tea for me, and we watched a film and I got tons of presents! She and dad got me some books and dvd's I wanted, a big bottle of my favourite perfume, and a really cool chocolate fondue kit!!! (will save for when I move out!). I had a lovely bluey turquoise Shamballa bracelet from my friend in work, a Krispy Kreme from the guy I work with, and a bottle of wine from my other friend. And my nan and grandad gave me a tenner so I'm quite excited about finding something to spend that on! For now I'm hiding it though!! :rotfl: Anyway, then it turned out mum had made her extra special white chocolate and coconut terrine for another treat for me! Served with hot red berries and their juice, it is GORGEOUS!!!
After all that and a bottle of wine, we went off to bed!!! I had a lovely day :D

Anyway, spends-wise, I mentioned the other day I'd spent at pub etc etc. I've rejigged budgets around and covered all the extras of Mon and Tue from little surpluses from other budgets, so don't need to count from challenge budget (phew!).

Need to reign it in big time though... am on leave today and tomorrow, long working day Friday, and then am off until 31st Jan when I go back for a long day. So will save petrol and temptation to spend too much hopefully!

Sun 15 Jan: £6.50 on cakes for office on Tuesday (plus small food shop from food budget)
Mon 16 Jan: Work 7am-8pm, NSD for challenge (hmmm.....)
Tue 17 Jan: My Birthday! (28...ugh!), Work 8.15am-7.30pm, Sandwich lady £3.10

Planned - Wed 18 Jan: AL, NSD
Planned - Thu 19 Jan: AL, NSD for challenge (need carrots, celery and a lemon from food budget)
Planned - Fri 20 Jan: Work 7am-8pm (2 meetings), Starbucks £3.10 (will be needed!!!)

    Total so far £9.60/£20
