    Hi all

Things went slightly awry when I managed to spend approx £22 yesterday at the pub on food and drink - I'm going to try and cover it from petrol and food budgets as have some surplus there but will need to work all out, so am not counting it yet but may need to count some of it from here!!!

Today I have spent £3.10 from this budget.

Sun 15 Jan: £6.50 on cakes for office on Tuesday (plus small food shop from food budget)
Mon 16 Jan: Work 7am-8pm, NSD for challenge (hmmm.....)
Tue 17 Jan: My Birthday! (28...ugh!), Work 8.15am-7.30pm, Sandwich lady £3.10

Planned - Wed 18 Jan: AL, NSD for challenge (poss small top up shop for fresh stuff)
Planned - Thu 19 Jan: AL, NSD for challenge
Planned - Fri 20 Jan: Work 7am-8pm (2 meetings plus appraisal, dreading Friday!), Starbucks £3 (will be needed!!!)

    Total so far £9.60/£20

  • Yesterday and Today are NSD's (bar spending £1.23 to post a recorded SAR letter).

My total for the week is currently £13.04/£40.

Making Pasta Bake for dinner tonight as I already have the ingredients for it - Onion, Pasta, Cheese and Sauce!
Tomorrow unfortunately may not be a NSD - will probably only spend £1 for some oven chips for dinner.

Thursday is where I will be spending. £12 will be going on travelling to Essex to an interview for work experience at a solicitors firm. (+ lunch!)
Will be going to (not so) lovely Lakeside to buy new clothes for work experience at Magistrates Court starting this month. (Separate budget for that!)

    Going well so far!
    SAVINGS: £63.86 // £3,000

Thank you very much Frogletina! *munches cake*

Think we are going to the pub in a minute, just for one drink, so probably spend unless someone takes pity on the birthday girl :rotfl: hehe

    Good evening.

Not doing too badly. Have spent 4.45 so far. Could do better. Hoping to spend nothing tomorrow but might go for a swim after work. :p
