   Whatever you've been drinking I want some :rotfl: . If I had only half of consultant's wisdom I would be quite satisfied.
Poor you Sam, with teething and MMR ( :kisses3: to your little girl) a paltry 1lb gain is of little concern.
Great stuff Victory  4lbs WOW!!! Just the encouragement you need for tomorrow.

:hello: Hi,
I would love to join in if I may. I did weight watchers from September up until Christmas and managed to lose 1lb off a stone. I now weigh 12 stone dead and would ideally like to be at the very most 11.
I found the diet really easy to follow but used to spend a lot of money on ready meals and weight watchers branded foods which is not very MSE and with my debts, this is not a wise idea.
Since Christmas, I have found it increasingly difficult to get motivated. Going to the meetings used to get me motivated but at £4.95 a whack, when you don't work it mounts up. I am a stay at home mom in the day time and I have a little pub job that I do a couple of evenings at week.
I am not so much bothered about how much I weight, but I would like to be a size 12.
I am trying to make sure I go walking at least once a day even if it just to the local shop and am going to make a conscious effort to eat 5 a day and drink lots of water.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 607 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :T

Hi all
need to get into posting on here i've never really liked talking about dieting ( i dont actually now why)so im determined to break that habit. Been sticking to SW to the T, discovered a brand new step up block thing in the charity shop for £2 so got that and been using it cos the weathers been so bad. Took the dog to the big beach today for an hour as well that certainly blew the cobwebs away. feeling more positive this time round thankfully. C x0 -
Evening everyone,
I have just been reading through todays posts for some inspiration because I am feeling like eating everything in sight. Was just about to eat food I shouldn't and remembered a message petrichor left yesterday about not being able to change this weeks result but can change this weeks (spooky or what!) so stopped and came and read through here. Welcome Scoobiegirl, V.Lucky & skysky69 :hello: this is a great thread to be part of. Well done victory I bet you feel great! :j :j
