Oh boy immortalised - I'm already on the chart and I feel such a fraud! Forgot I was to improve my eating habits until mid morning
So with that in mind I've been really good today, that is if I ignore breakfast ><. I ate 2 weetabix and a banana for lunch while making pie and peas for my boss (and I never cheated^^) and I've had home made potato wedges with home made Tzatiki (sp) for tea. For a treat later tonight I'll have a large serving of jelly with natural yogurt + 1 small meringue.
honey28 - Cooked ham is free on a red day as long as you didn't eat any of the fat round the edges
I find the cottage pie with swede to be very boring so I always end up using some sins and splitting the topping 50/50 swede and mashed potato.
You can now have 7 Crackerbread as an healthy extra? This missed information by me is the real reason even Target members shouldn't stop going to class - it's just so easy to miss good tips. I love crackerbread so this means I can split the 7 up during the day and have 2 or three snacks! Thanks ever so much for the information - it's a gem
Lastly many congratulations to Bildanto on all you've already achieved.0 -

LOL - on SW? Milk free from allowance, water free, eggs free, salt free, but the flour? Plain, white? 3.5 sins per 'very' level tablespoon. It would depend on how much flour was in the mix, add it all together and divide by the number of pancakes the mixture made. Plus your topping.
I love pancakes but haven't had any today - I cheated by having a load of them on Friday0 -

I've got 2 weeks of WI missing (probably because my WI's on a Wednesday) but I lost 3.5 which is on, then 3, then maintained, then lost 2 last week so 8.5 in total. Would you mind updating for me?
On a different note, I think I need to join the Day One club, I've spent 4 days eating rubbish so I need to get back on track.
Hi Julie - I've confused myself totally now! Does that mean you've reached your 5lbs target?

Hi Lois
The 5 lbs target by 5th March didn't start until after I'd already lost 6.5lbs so I've only actually lost 2lbs towards that (which I've probably put on again after going away for the weekend:rolleyes: )if that makes sense.

Had a really rubbish food day yesterday mainly because I was bored writting up reports at home. I think the main downfall is having all the nice food in the house at the moment DH has bought lovely Chocalte Chip Cookies and Babybells and I just can't resist. Had at least 4 pancakes yesterday too.
Well the cookies are gone now so hopefully today will be better. Going to the gym tonight so that will be my twice in one week.
Did you see old Gillian last night? Don't usually watch it as she is so patronising but some of the stuff she said was quite good. However how can you drink 18 pints of coke a week and still have your teeth. Horror horror... _pale_Save £12k in 25 No 49
