    :D

Just been reading through the recent posts- hilarious! thanks for making me smile!

I have actually stuck to SW diet today!! WOW! Feel absurdly pleased with myself about this! I'm aiming for a lb off this week - hoping that when I go away this weekend the wine and food will be balanced by being good - mind you I've had about 13.5 syns today but they helped me stick to it!

Hoping everyone has a good friday!

We are pretty much the same weight and height - I weighed myself on Monday morning and was 12stone and am about 5 7. I therefore lay down the gauntlet - do you accept the challenge :rotfl:

    :)

Yes! What are you aiming for? I'm going for quite a low target at first to allow myself a chance of achieving it! 14lbs by July...should be able to do it! :D

Has anyone on here ever done pole dancing classes at the gym? MY gym offers them but you have to pay extra. However, they might kickstart me into going as it's a bit different and hopefully fun. Anyone any experience of them? .

I haven't done them at a gym but I did have a lesson as part of a hen weekend. It did strike me as quite a good toning workout. Particularly for the arms and abs.

Mind you I expect they gym won't let you have a few drinks while you're doing it , like we did.

Hi Connie - it's from the Little Book of Slimming, by Margaret Miles Bramwell (is that her name..?) :D

Ooh yes, I forgot about that little book. Beanielou, if you go to a group, you could ask the Consultant to order it for you. It's around £1.95 I think.

Also Lois, I love the Sugarplump (no, not a spelling error) Fairy :rotfl: (aka Suggs :rotfl: )

I prefer smaller targets too as I tend to get downhearted if I feel like I am fighting a losing battle and give up. I think a 14lb challenge sounds just the thing. I am on WW and the original final target weight that I set myself was to be 10st 7lb which seems mid way, but they set 10% goals as mini targets

I am hoping for better weather as my garden looks like a jungle at the moment and would definitely burn a few calories weeding!

Went online to get a funny pic of a snarling guard dog next to the fridge so each time you went to go there you would think of the dog and not want to:D

The only prob is I could not find a dog and fridge together and ended up with this

Oh drat did not work hang on....
