  • I bought PVR in july which was delivered faulty. Emailed, telephoned and written but had no contact. Trading Standards and the agents who process the payment were no help. Cost of claim through small claims court would be £25 Has anyone tried this approach? if so what was the outcome?
My advise don't deal with these rogues.
  • I'm 99.9% sure these people stole my bank details. Was all sorted by Halifax, but yeah, dodgy DVD player plus trying to get £600 out of my account equals not good.
It's obviously dodgy when you look at the website - the bad jpegs of the 'secure' payment, sentences not beginning with capital letters. Cant believe I was so stupid!
  • iNest - Ambush !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Have paid for dab+CD player on 20/10/08 but the item has not arrived jet, its unlikely it will arrive ever after i red all the reviews. Sent 3 emails no reply or anything, tryied phoning but some foreign accent male says he bought the place and knows nothing about it, have not contacted any authorities jet but got feeling will have to do so very soon. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS

  • I to have just been ripped of by these guy's.....now we have there address does anyone else fancy paying them a friendly visit just to let them no how unhappy we are with this situation ...I'm sure if quite a few of turned up the local and national press would be interested
    I'm going anyway
  • I bought a gaming chair on this site on 29th Nov 08-have not received this. I have e-mailed them -no reply. Happened to log onto my order on INest today and it says its been dispatched today. I will believe it when I see it after reading other customers comments!

Has anyone ever received an item from INest?
  • scumbags seem to have me too, i ordered 2 weeks ago, the following day my order showed on the site as sent by parcelforce24, never arrived, parcel force have no record of anything going to my address, cant contact anyone at inest using any of the phone numbers, emails or forms.

I did some research then discovered this thread and the following link of gloom

this has been going on for years and protx / visa still allow him to trade using their payment services

I have raised a 'Merchant Escalation' with Prtox today, i will be chasing Visa also to ask why they allow him to trade using their payment facilities, luckily i paid with my credit card, so whatever happens i'll get my money back.

As it seems that many people have been ripped off over a space of 2 years i am very confused as to how he is trading, surely he is guilty of deception if not fraud, i am also taking this up with the police today, i'll see what they say and if anything will report back.

I would encourage anyone on here to contact protxx, visa etc and the police. Dont bother with trading standards, they've done nothing to date.

Derby4life, did you visit the premises and did you get your stuff?

I have been onto Protx to raised a "Merchant Escalation' . The more people do this the better. Phoned them also got through to a guy calling himself Mr Campbell -knows nothing of the company INest.
I too payed by debit card , 70 quid -done the drain.
How does he get off with this. I have written to Watchdog. Lets stop this scammer for good.
