    Hello!
My baby boy is having a cold:( Me and DH had it already (don't even remember who was first) and now him. I think he also started teething (he's dribbling a lot) , not good combination. He cries a lot these days, hopefully, he'll get better soon.

    Evening ladies

    Hi lixi :)

Sunshine - hope your DP had a nice birthday yesterday! :D

I was in bed at 8.30pm last night and I'm still tired now! Had a cleaning session this evening though and polished, hoovered and mopped all the floors and cleaned the bathroom. Just going to have a shower and make sandwiches for tomorrow then sit down with a cup of tea and watch X factor.

I think we have decided on a car seat too, maxi cosi prioryfix. Apparently Volkswagen can fit isofix in our passat so we are going to book it in to be done.
Hope everyone has had a nice day.
    Xx

Hi all, quiet on here today. Well, after four nights of Theo sleeping the WHOLE night through, last night we were back to doing a night feed at 3.50am. I don't really mind getting up once in the night but I always struggle to get back to sleep myself after I've got him back off so end up knackered.

We also went to a baby sale yesterday and bought him a lovely new musical playmat for doing tummy time on for the princely sum of £4. It even had batteries in it and is as good as new so a real bargain. I think it might turn out to be one of those annoying toys though!!!

I'm sure there was something else I was going to say but it's gone right out of my head now. It'll come back to me later.

    Hi all, very quiet today!

We've been out at OH's Gran's for her 80th, she didnt know we were going so she was super happy to see George!

George bit me 3 times during his bed time feed tonight  his teeth are flipping sharp! I took him off each time and said no, like I've read to do but then he refused to go back on and howled and howled :(. Still refused to go back on when I tried again a bit later. He's asleep now but I'm dreading him waking up in the night and refusing. Just sterilised the pump so going to try and pump a bit so if I'm desperate can give him a bottle. Any BFers that have bf past teething have any tips? I thought I'd done the right thing by not getting cross with him and calmly taking him off :(

we have the priori xp, he went in it from yesterday and loves it. We have been at my mums for tea and Aiden was so wound up with my niece and nephew he was overtired, taken us ages to get him off. Think we will have to start leaving mums earlier. He used to just drop off and we could pop him in thr carseat but obv not anymore now he is in the big one!

Elelyn, boo for waking up :( at least its only once but know what you mean about getting back to sleep.

Katie, sounds painful! Hopefully someone has some tips for you x

We are planning on getting the seat in the next couple of weeks as Noah is getting to long for his first seat now. He looks really squashed up in it!

I know sunshine. :o I bet Aiden looks so grown up in a "big boys" car seat!!
Does it feel quite sturdy in the car? I have read good reviews about the maxi cosi car seats that why we went for one in the end. Car seats aren't cheap though, the cheapest we found the priory seat was for £209 in Halfords

My mum got ours for his xmas. I think it was about 150ish.

Its very secure, and easy to belt in if you were doing it that way, it kind of has a lever that pulls out and then clamps back down to secure it. But if you are doing isofix it will be just as secure too. x
