    Hello!!

So so sorry again i've been away. So busy at work, and been have been so ill with this cold going around. Still sound very hoarse after a week!!

Hope you all well. I've got Charlie the V Tech Alphabet Train for his main xmas present. Decided for that against the move and groove music table.

Hope you all well!!!Oh, and Charlie is now on Aptimal Apti. Best thing for us, is that its on prescription and free, and he's really taken to it :T and doing better on it x

Just a quick question, how long was everyones LO irritable for after jabs? Scarlett had her 1st set on Weds. She was fine Weds, a bit cranky yesterday but today she has been awful. If she's not asleep then she's constantly screaming and she's hardly eaten for the last two days. Have given her calpol but we are no further forward.

:rotfl:Very appropriate for the kind of day we've had today. LO's been pooing all day - and if you're eating your dinner, you may want to look away now- it started off very runny and all over her bed and sleepsuit this morning (such a lovely start to the day :)) followed by green and slimy  to fairly normal, all-over-the-place stuff. I've lost count of the number of nappies I've changed today. We didn't go swimming as I didn't think that'd be a good idea, also because when she woke up at 2am she was gagging, which was quite scary. She also didn't want milk for about 12 hours, which is not like her at all. She's being her usual cheerful self though, so whatever it is (bug or something she's eaten), it doesn't seem to bother her :o She just wolfed down 180ml of milk and hasn't pooed in over three hours, so fingers crossed that's it for now. Currently bouncing away in her jumperoo :)

    Evening all!

Well my little boy is not so little! Got him weighed this afternoon and he weighs 12lb 5oz (5.kg) and he's only 6 weeks old! He's in the 75th centile I think (not quite sure how to read those graphs) and is progressing well! HV is pleased with him. Jonathan screamed like he was being tortured when I put him on the scales and then when I picked him up, he weed on me in protest! lol Luckily it didn't smell or leave a mark as we had to do lots of errands in town today. ;)

Well it sounds like his Dad has left him alone to scream again, so as I've just finished expressing my poor engorged boobs, I'd best go down and give him a cuddle.

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Bellola, so sorry to hear Scarlett is poorly :( After the first set of jabs, my LO pretty much slept for 24 hours, and then seemed quite tired for the following couple of days, so I'd say it was about 3 days before she was back to normal. If you're worried, could you call NHS Direct or an out of hours doctor if you have one near you? Hope she feels better soon, it's so worrying when our little ones are feeling unwell :(

Sexymouse, that's fab news re. weight gain! But boo to him peeing on you after everything you've done for him - babies can be so ungrateful sometimes! :rotfl:
