Yes that's the one Sammie. Someone wants to exchange with us but its only a 3 bed so I'm not sure it's worth it. Looks a lovely area tho. Wouk love to get back down there but equally love being up here! Did you get te packing done?!

Flynn won't even hold his bottle, so I've no hope gettin him to hold his beaker! He's a lazy boy. He is currently playing with his sisters balloon animal lol. Got him some of them slipper sock things from boots today. £7 for one pair but they have a suade type sole and I'm hopin they stay on better than and shoes it socks he already has do haha!

Hope you all had a good day x

Oh how exciting! We could be neighbours :D have you seen the house?
Are you in a 4 bed at the mo then? Yeah just loaded the boot so we are all ready to go. We aren't leaving until late morning tomorrow but I want to be able to have a quick clean of the house in the morning.

Thanks for the replies re. weaning, poo and constipation. Katie, reassuring to hear that George's poo seems to have undergone a similar transformation! Didn't give my LO any solids today to give her digestive system a bit of a break - but tomorrow she's having parsnip :)

How is she getting on with her solids?

Thanks for asking Sammie - she's doing really well. In our first week of weaning she's had porridge, sweet potato, banana, carrot, butternut squash, mango and pear - and she's happily eaten them all. She now gets excited when she sees her little orange bowl - she starts to open her mouth and tries to grab the bowl and spoon :)

Sammie, if I don't catch you before you leave (off to bed in a minute), have a lovely holiday! Hope Noah enjoys swimming again - I'm planning to take my LO to the pool for the first time tomorrow. That's right, the long-awaited new pool has FINALLY opened :)

Lol, that's the other thing I was going to comment on, poo! :D

Since he finally discovered food we've gone from once every 2 or 3 days to 2 or 3 times a day! Swings and roundabouts though, cos they're flushable instead of the old poosplosions. :D

Period...still waiting. But now he's starting to get into food, I'm wondering if it might arrive? Hope not really, it's a nice break :D

Pleased to hear the weaning is going so well Nutella.

Boo to the poosplosions Aimless - hopefully things will settle down once his digestion gets used to the new foods.

Feeling quite anxious and sad tonight. On the first day after he was born, I was told that Jonathan has possibly got Erb's Palsy. This is the extent of the information I was given. I've since done some research about it, and it seems that it may be a condition that could be lifelong. :( We are seeing the consultant for the first time tomorrow (he was 4 weeks old on Wednesday), but having read other hospitals' advice leaflets it sounds like we should have been given exercises to do with him since birth! I'm starting to feel worried that we've not been acting on it soon enough, although we've been going to the cranio osteopath for a couple of weeks, which hopefully will have been beneficial. We have another appointment with the cranio osteopath at 8.45am tomorrow and we see the consultant at the hospital at 11.15am. We then have baby weigh-in at the health clinic at 1.30pm. Could everyone keep their fingers crossed for him that he does well in all 3 please? I feel like we could do with a little bit of luck after everything that we've been through so far in his short life.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Sexymouse, will be keeping everything crossed for you tomorrow. I'm not going to tell you not to worry, as I know that's impossible, but I really hope all three appointments go well. How is the latching on going?
