Aw thanks sammie, yep it's the vtech walker. Was meant to be his Christmas present! He's not ready for walking or anything yet (although he has started thrusting his hips up in a slightly perverted manner now!) but he can sit there for a good 10 minutes or so playing with the rest of it, so at least by giving him it early he should get a lot of use out of it.

I'm thinking I might go to town and try and find some of this new dairy milk with Oreos in to make up for not having an exciting delivery, chocolate with cookies in? Yes please!

We have the walker for Noah for Christmas too! I have been good though and not given it to him!! ;)

Ohh I've not heard of this chocolate!
    Xx

Your OH better watch out - anything and everything found lying around is going to end up in that bin just so you get to enjoy that lid! :rotfl:

Lol, when he gets bigger baby will really enjoy that lid action too, you'll be wishing it was stiff Fluff! :D

Mine finally ate an entire Plum pouch in one go! Now all I need to do is persuade him lumps are fun :D

    Morning everyone :)

Hello ikkle good to see you here. I just read your birth story on the pregnancy thread. Sounds like it was a long ordeal, hope you're recovering well.

I was thinking about weaning last night and it's interesting to see how much things have changed. With both of my big two I started weaning at 12 weeks, but now it seems like it isn't the done thing at all. I'm sure I'll get told off my the HV visitor if I do the same again this time, but it worked really well for me before, so I'm tempted to do it anyway!!

What buggy did you get Sammie (I haven't read back too far, so I'm not sure if you already said)? I've got to get a new one and Eliza's not 3 weeks old until tomorrow, so I haven't got much use out of the first one! I got a travel system as I was going to be having the car, but when she was 1 week old DH suddenly decided he was taking the car every day as he hates trains. So now I'm reliant on the bus and completely stranded in my village until I get something easy to fold down. On the plus side it means a nice shopping trip at the weekend to Kiddicare :D

Oh and I'm very jealous of the two Dyson's and the swanky bin. I used to love my Dyson (old original DC01), but when it blew up I couldn't afford a new one. I'm a nightmare with hoovers, I've had 11 in the past 3 years as they just go kaput so quickly!

What do you do to them?? Before I went Dyson crazy I had a Panasonic. I bought it when I moved into my house 12 years ago, and it was still working fine when I traded it in. Do you think mine last so long because I rarely use them? ;)
