  • OH normally helps with the bath if he's back from work in time then he gives the llast bottle while they watch the night garden together then he either puts him up to bed or I help him - gives me a chance to sort the dinner out and get the kitchen looking less like a bomb has hit it. So if LO lasts long enough its bed at 7 at the latest. if he's knackered then I just sort him out and he's up by half 6.
  • Me and OH both like bathing him so we take it in turns, whoever isnt bathing starts tea and does Aidens bottle.

Once he is down we all have a play together, he has his bottle about 46mins later and then whoever didnt bath him takes him up to bed while the other finishes tea.

Re. bedtime, I think I have the easiest baby in the world :o

Last feed between 6.30 and 7.15 then carry upstairs whether awake, dozy or fast asleep, pop in cot, downstairs for a biiiig glass of wine. Not a peep until he wakes up three hours later for his next feed.

...But you do realise that now you've said this, he'll be stirring all night?... :o;)

I like the wine bit, might need to add that to our routine! :D

OH works late 2 nights a week, so those nights I do bath and bed. The other 5 OH does, purely because I think it's nice for them both, if he's been at work all day and they haven't seen each other to spend some quality time together.

We do bath, bottle and bed, and it only takes around 30 minutes. I usually tidy up and be prepping or making dinner while they're both doing that.

Aaron just has his bottle though and gets placed into bed, before he done that we'd take turns as it was quite stressful to get him to sleep.

    Aw bless him!

George is pretty good on the scales, I'm waiting for him to hose us all down though. It's bound to happen sooner or later

:rotfl:Oh no - imagine the disappointment when nothing happens and his nappy and clothes just get put back on! My LO just looks completely baffled by the scales - it's like she's trying to figure out what on earth is going on!
