    We're in size 4 nappies today - she's 20 weeks!
  • Evening all. What activity table are you after sammie? I'm at a bit of a loss as to what get George for Christmas, he'll be 7 months but as I've no experience with babies (other than George!) I don't really know what he'll be into/able to do by then. Plus our flat is tiny so everything has to earn its place. The jumperoo has definitely earned its space!

I ordered one of these last night, they seem to get good reviews everywhere http://www.amazon.co.uk/Manhattan-Toy-200940-Winkel-Teethers/dp/B000BNCA4K

Hope all the poorly littles are feeling a bit better tonight?

    Hey ladies

I wondered if you could help out with a question about carseats. I currently have the Pebble with a Familyfix base and want to buy the Pearl as the next step up (my LO is only 15 weeks, but already 16 and a half pounds with no signs of slowing on the feeding/growing front!). Mothercare have it reduced to 139.99 at the mo. Anyone seen it any cheaper?

    Cheers

I quite like the look of this one katiechoc.
I wasn't sure what to get him for Christmas so I thought about one of these. If he doesn't use it straight away at least he will have one when he is ready. I'm going to get him a few interactive toys too as he only really has rattle type toys at the mo.

That's the one we have Sammie. A has used it for ages, he loves it :D

We paid about £16 in an Argos sale. They are doing 3for2 across all toys atm if you needed something for the older 2 xx

Ahhh :) I started using size 4 quite early, prob 5.5 months, the sizes overlapped anyway i.e. size 3 : 9-18lb, size 4 : 15 - 40lb. So I figured, may as well buy them with some extra room!

Hope everyone is well today. Aiden slept really well, for him, last night. Bed at 7.30, up at 3:45 for dummy, up at 5:45 for milk and up at 8. Might seem a bit rubbish for some, but for Aiden lately that is a great night sleep.

Started Xmas shopping today, we got Aiden a talking Mickey Mouse - he loves Mickey, a lights and sounds drum and a baby ipad thing. Only because Argos have 3 for 2 on toys.

I'm not sure what else we will get him, my OH wants to really go overboard as its his first Christmas but I am not sure how much we will spend. My mum mentioned yesterday that my Grandad, Aunties and Step sister will want ideas of what to get him so might give them the walker, table etc ideas.

It does look really good fun!! I saw they were doing 3 for 2 when I was in Argos today. I want o get him a push along walker too actually.....may have to speak to OH. If we bought the activity table, walker and something for free that would be pretty much Noah sorted for Christmas. Thanks for reminding me Gilly!!

  • Do you ladies enter competitions? I am going to start with all the free time I have now but am unsure if I can enter competitions where you can win a hotel stay for two people - if I happened to win one (I know, slim chance) would I be allowed to take my LO? Hubby says no but then again the baby doesn't really need an extra bed so why wouldn't it be allowed?
