    Hello all :)

Welcome & congrats silly moo & bellola :D
I had forceps and a difficult labour (bad exit strategy on Scott's part he was back to back) cannot recommend a valley cushion (borrowed mine from mw, thing that nct rent them etc) strongly enough as it was 'hell' sitting etc also ensure you have enough pain relief I don't think I've ever taken as many tablets and normally won't take them!
Hope LO is ok sounds like it has been v stressful but everyone understands on here x

Gilly sounds like you have had a good birthday and 25 km :o !

    Hope everyone ok xx

Hope Aiden feels better soon sunshine x

We need more sleepy dust Scott is unsettled recently at night too :( but have had one good night in the last week, think its a combination of things but moving the the cotbed next to our bed means at least I can put my hand in to settle him a bit. I have been told it could be a wonder week leap thing and I think it probably is as he has changed so much recently too.

Hi ladies and welcome to the new ladies and babies! We should have a rule on here that when you start to post you need to post a piccie - love seeing baby pics!!

All quiet here, Poppy was 10 months old yesterday - omg where has the time gone!

Had her at the Docs this morning for the flu jab, she also has to go to the Children's ward for a bronchitis jab as her lungs are still very weak. Dreading winter really and dreading her getting a cold or anything.

Fed up of rain, it literally hasn't stopped for days! Makes everything hard work when you have a baby and 3 dogs, nothing worse than soggy dog smell!

Hope all are ok and George and Aiden have better days/nights today.

To the new ladies - hoping you recover soon, the pain is soon forgotten and you will start to feel normal soon enough. Make sure you rest when you get chance though.

    xx

  • Gilly sounds like a great week!

Janninew yay for 10 months :j I also second your rule suggestion, baby pics are a must!! :)

Not sure what is going on with my boy today, he has fed every 2 hours or less - he hasn't fed that frequently for a couple of months, he's normally about 3.5 - 4hrs apart. he's 16 weeks - is there typically a growth spurt or something around this time? He's also quite sleepy compared to normal, hmm.

Noah has been a pickle today :D he has moaned, not cried though, basically all day! I have given him some calpol incase it's his teeth and sent him to bed, he cried for about 10 mins whilst I was sorting out his bottles and now he is asleep. Even a bath didn't help tonight

Now I just have to sort the other 2 out as they are shouting upstairs and will wake Noah up! kids!!!!

Poor Noah :( Sounds like we have a few unhappy babies at the moment... My LO was a bit miserable for a couple of nights too, very clingy and tearful, but she slept very well last night, so fingers crossed she's OK now.
