Hi everyone, busy week at work last week so I've not been around much. I think our little one has his first cold - at least he's leaving a trail of snot wherever he goes....
MiL send us a huge bundle of baby toys that she'd kept from when hubby and his brother were little. I am so excited to have an original Fisher Price phone to play with. Erm... Elliot is so excited. Yes, that's it. Ahem.

he's been glued back together and just got to go back to the hospital Monday to be checked, but should be fine. What a drama!! Id like a quiet day in my house for once please
 sounds painful! Glad he got it sorted though.
Been shopping for ds1 birthday presents today so we dropped ds1 and ds2 off at my mums. We got him skylanders which is a game for the wii he has been asking for

Hello all, can I join you?
I had a baby boy on 24th of July - can't believe it's two months tomorrow! I have been lurking since the beginning of August and finally caught up with the thread. I know a few of you from the pregnancy forum and the rest of you I feel like I know a bit after going through pages and pages of this thread.
I don't post a lot (I'm not a posting type, I guess) but do visit (almost) every day. I love reading what's up with you and all the tips you give. I've already bought a rainforest jumperoo on ebay based on the rave reviews here! Now trying to decide whether we do need a Sophie
Have a nice evening everyone!0 -
Evening all, welcome silly moo! When I first posted I wasn't much of a poster either but this thread is addictive! I'm on here pretty much every day annoying everyone with my inane chatter! Definitely vouch for the jumperoo, but I'm resisting the Sophie at the moment.
Pouring here too, have to admit I haven't even left the flat! Forecast more rain tomorrow too but we have to be at the surgery first thing for his jabs.
Hope everyone has a nice evening and you don't end up at a&e again turtle! XNewborn thread member

Welcome silly moo :j
Oh Katie boo for jabs...but at least it's the last set for a good while
I'm dying to watch yesterday's doctor who, with our hospital trip yesterday I missed it...it's on my sky plus but Reuben is still up, can't wait for him to go to sleep so I can watch it, i know its sad but it's my guilty pleasure
Hope everyone has had a good weekend. I'm thinking of trying some new mum and baby groups this week as my local isn't that great...I just hate that hi-im-the-new-person bit

Hi silly moo and congratulations in your little bundle
we do have a list if you want to add yourself. I will try and have a hunt for it or if anyone else can find it!!
Katiechoc - hope George is ok after his jabs tomorrow.
is it his last set now?
Turtlemoose - I want to try some new groups too but I'm like you and hate feeling "new" when everyone has their own little groups
the one we go to on Monday's is always nice but I want to go to a few a week.
Just got Noah into bed and had the shopping delivered so im going to have a cup of tea and see what's on tv.

I think this is the latest list. It was really far back, maybe we could bump it once a week on a Monday just so we can keep track of it?
