    Morning

Katiechoc - how typical he wakes just as you fall asleep, it's always the way.

    Wow our list is growing!!
Congratulations kittenpie. Looking forward to hopefully seeing some tiny baby pics, always makes me broody!! :D
I have decided to start walking up the school and back when the weather is nice, it's about 20 mins each way (more like 40 when you got a moaning 8 year old with you, apparently he broke his leg 3 times the last time we walked up the school!!)
Anyway thought it would be nice for us all to get some fresh air and the perk is we have to pass a yummy bakery!! :D

    Xx

    Hi ladies :)

No willy has been found yet here - I'm almost jealous! :p

Does anyone else struggle regarding how to dress little one at night? Although the room temp says 'too hot' e.g. 23C, it is getting distinctly chilly at night and first thing. Joseph wears a baby gro and has one blanket, he seems fine with this but I worry whether he is too hot...or too cold! I have a thing about fresh air and always need a window open at night even if it just on the latch. I was thinking the other day about how it will soon be time to put heating back on...but have just this second heard on the radio we are forecast a bit of a mini heatwave this weekend! :D

Off to the woods this morning with Joseph and the doggie, hoping Joseph will enjoy being in his baby carrier...and that my back doesn't get broken in the process! As he is now 12 weeks (on Saturday) I may try him facing forwards :)

Oh and I know what else I wanted to ask...I am bidding on a jumerpoo on ebay which ends today. Currently I'm winning at £32. What do the jumperoo addicts think is the highest I should bid to? From the description it is in very good condition and only been used for a couple of months, no packaging and only one very minor issue (something about butterfly looking a little tatty?) Thanks :)

I'm going to a funeral today and I've got to take Freddie as I've no one to look after him at the moment. I hope he doesn't do a massive dump during a quiet bit - it sounds like someone unblocking a storm drain :o

Welcome kittenpie :) agree with Sammie we need to see some tiny baby piccies from you and littlemiss moneysaver!! Congrats on your new arrival.

Littlemiss, I don't bf so I can't really offer any advice on feeding your LO but I am sure someone can offer you some advice. Hope your little man went back down for you x

Katie, glad you had some progress on sleeping :)

Sammie, lol at your ds!!! Enjoy your walks....and the bakery :p

Triangle, Aiden hasn't found his either!! I put Aiden in vest and pjs/sleepsuit.if its chilly I put him in his 2.5 tog sleeping bag and if its warm just a thin blanket and maybe no vest. Aiden usually moans if he is too hot or cold. Its actually quute chilly here atm, we waved OH off at the door and it was a bit crisp!! I always have a window open somewhere too as I don't like to feel.stuffy.

Meeting my mum for lunch later so need to have a quick shower while he naos xxx

I've got Freddie in a sleepsuit (no vest) and one cotton cellular blanket which is actually folded in two simply because it's so huge. I did have him in his sleeping bag for a while but I think it's too hot at the moment. Sometimes he kicks his blankets off, sometimes he doesn't. Neither state seems to bother him and he's always a nice temperature whether he's covered or not.

I had success with the carrier today. He's never liked it before but I'm off to a funeral today and I don't really want to take my pram into the service. I've been practising getting him in and out of the sling whilst he's cheerful and he seems quite happy to be in it. So cute!

The last few nights George has been in sleep suit, no vest with a folded cell blanket over him (when he doesn't kick it off). Over the summer quite often I'd put him to bed in just a vest then when he was up for a feed and change in the night if he was feeling chilly I'd stick him in a sleep suit then. He tends to complain more about being hot than being cold. I did try him in a sleeping bag once but he writhed about in it so much I ended up taking him out pretty much straight away.

Sammie :rotfl: at your ds with his broken legs!

Re jumperoo I'm not really sure what they go for second hand, you could have a look at the completed listings on eBay to see what to expect?

I think they are going for around the £50 mark (the ones I looked at anyway) but agree with katiechoc have a look at completed listings. Also gum tree might be worth a look.

Jen - congratulations and can't wait to see a pic. Really pretty name you have chosen too.

I think little miss money saver is no longer on the list. I will try updating but not sure if I can in iPad.
