  • Hi all!
Thank you for the welcome :)
I'm another one snuggled with a baby on boob and an iPad. It's a godsend especially at 4am! I try and make sure I've a drink, phone or iPad and the sky remote nearby when feeding. Am getting the hang of that now lol.
Jedi yay for the smiles! I get excited here even though they're probably wind I think they're gorgeous!
Zachary also likes to use me as a human dummy :-( last night I couldn't settle him. Spent over 90 minutes at 4am trying. Did try a little dummy in the day just after one feed for comfort and save my nipples. Came downstairs to get it, made a cuppa but got distracted by biscuits went upstairs with no dummy. But found bubs in bed with OH as he started crying. After all that he still didn't want the dummy arghhhh!
Ro I did laugh, can imagine baby being tied up and the dog in the pushchair.
Glad the babies are liking swimming. Do they enjoy the bath? Mine is still screaming the house down so hoping he'll start enjoying them soon and I might take him swimming.

Well OH went back to work today and we've survived! Well he's not home yet but nearly there! Not done lots, couple of loads of washing and emptied the dishwasher and a lot of sitting down enjoying mummy cuddles :)

Going to try and lie Zachary down. I'll put only money in five minutes I'll be hearing large noises from his backside and have to wake him up again!

Hope you all have a good evening xxx

I tend to stick with the organic stuff, as the others seem to have added rubbish. What's annoying me at the mo, and I can feel some stroppy emails coming, is the sneaky cheap ingredient swapping. Peach and yogurt... no, padded out with apple. Pear and banana rice pudding, nope, 30% bleeding apple! He really likes banana at the mo and isn't fond of apple, so I get annoyed to find I've bought yet another 'mostly apple'.

Losing [patience. Rose has a really bad dribble rash- it's weepy, and bleeding occasionally. I've tired everything- Sudocrem, not using baby wipes, just water and tissue, dribble bibs, double bibs, making sure it's as dry as I can possibly get it without irritating it. I'ev tried E45, Oilatum, and johnsons moisturising.I think it would clear if I could get her to stop itching at it- but even with scratch mitts on she can still draw blood, and it is annoying her terribly. I was advised hydrocortizone by some of you lovely ladies, and had some in the house- just a sample thingy. She hasn't itched all day, and the redness is beginning to die down.
Phoned the surgery and requested hydrocortizone- Dh has just collected, and the script is for Sudocrem- apparantly the receptionist told him they are not allowed to hand out anything else for babies other than Sudocrem.

Looks like a phone call in the morning is in order....

We use plum and Ella's fromage frais, the sugar content is so much lower than petit filous. Small amounts won't harm but I don't want him having a majorly sweet tooth like his daddy. Plus I worry about teeth :o

Had my hair done fel like a new woman was in the salon 3 hours  haven't sat still for that long since A was born.

I love the iPad :D I'm so pleased with it.

OH trying to convince me to have Pizza Express for dinner but I really don't want to ruin my eating. Only had my weetabix this morning though due to the hairdressers. Nightmare xx

Pickles is eating toast and scrambled eggs :D squeak however turned up her nose at hers. She's mega tired and at the nap dropping stage which is a nightmare, she keeps shouting toilet paper at me... *sigh* are you all looking forward to the terrible 2s?!

Still, can't complain about pickles, she's spent most of the day being lovely.
Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession :o:o

Glad you like your hair Gilly

Where do I get these sugar free yogurts? Are they in the baby aisle or chilled?

Also how are you all getting the pics to work on your I pads? Have you had to set it up? I still can't get mine to do anything!!

    Xx
