Aww Turtlemoose, really sorry to hear about you and your OH. I can imagine how stressed you must be. I split up with my ex a few years ago and we had a house together and I remember the real worry of how I would manage to pay the mortgage on my own and manage the bills, I would stay awake at night worrying, I can imagine the stress is so much greater when you have a LO to think about as well. I know its hard to believe and I remember not believing it myself but things nearly always work out in the end.
Keep posting on here for support hun.

Love the pics janine, especially the one with the soft toys
I'm on the second night feed already. I don't know if I should be feeding him each time or maybe just try and settle him with his dummy - I know he can go longer at night than he has been the last few nights, am I encouraging him to wake up by feeding him? I tend to wait 5 minutes before getting up to him to give him chance to settle down again. He always feeds well though so I guess he must be genuinely hungry.
Hugs turtle, good luck with the drive tomorrow. Might give you chance to talk at least?Newborn thread member

Could be a growth spurt if he's suddenly hungrier? If so it should pass. I tried cuddling instead of feeding tonight for a change, as he didn't look that hungry. He nodded off lying on me, half hour later I moved, and he howled till I fed him!0
