Noah is the same!! As soon as his head hits the mattress he's out for the count!!
I might re paint my nails tonight now you mentioned itmine are all chipped and look awful!!
Xx
No shock there though, he's wild, I'm sleeping as soon as my head hits the pillow too, knackered running after him all day. He has babbled so much today, before it was just a wee noise here and there but today I've had it all day long as well as his mountaineering. I'm glad he sleeps at night now :eek:The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Re. rude people - I was in the park with my LO last week, and was changing her nappy on the grass (on a changing mat). A lady rushed over and shouted to what I presume were her two grandchildren: 'Come here! We're going to look at the baby!'. I shouted back: 'I'm changing her nappy at the moment I'm afraid'. Lady's response: 'Oh don't worry - been there, done that'.
Argh, no - that wasn't my point. My point was that although she might be little, I have a lot of respect for her and I don't want strangers staring at her when she's half naked. I ended up covering her up with a muslin and attempting to be friendly until the lady !!!!!!ed off (thankfully her grandchildren were far more interested in the ducks, so she had to run off after them!)...
 :eek:Similar thing happened to us on holiday on the cruise ship. It was the last day and we had checked out of the rooms and Aiden pooed. Nowhere to change him except ladies loos on the floor - I tried to wait till everyone was out and started changing him - cue 2 old biddies coming in and staring. I said, oh I am ever so sorry about this but I have no where else to change him, and they just stared at him talking about him etc etc. We don't particularly like strangers looking at our babies especially half naked !!!Little Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

Sounds absolutely exhausting. On the plus side, you must be burning an awful lot of calories running after him...0 -

On and off, he had 1 nap today, which is better than none. It's not the fact he won't nap either it's the fact the objections he takes to it, my OH put him in his cot this afternoon, which is near the window, and we went into the living room and he obviously pulled himself up, pulled on the curtains and one half of the pole has now came away from the wall. It probably wasn't put up great to start with (we rent!) but still :eek:The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

That's right - we really don't!! Shocking also that a cruise ship doesn't have any changing facilities :eek:0 -

Yup!! We complained about it in our evaluation thingy at the end, they did respond saying the ship is going in for a refit in November and they would be having changing facilities put in...er great but I was on the ship in June not November!!
It wasn't too bad but a bit annoying if we were on deck 11 and had to go all the way down to 7 to our room to change him.
Gilly - at Aaron pulling at your curtains!!! He knows what he wants/doesn't want! xxxLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea
