:rotfl:The Great MIL Swap - I can see it being a roaring success up and down the country! Although my MIL is lovely, so I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to participate0 -
Turtlemoose, Have you got a snot sucker (aka nasal aspirator)? You can get manual ones ,or we have a battery operated one (this is ours http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003CSOBGG/ref=oh_details_o02_s01_i01)
as DH refused to use one where he had to suck..Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!

I picked up 2 pairs of chinos, 3 t shirts, a bumbo tray and 2 brand new baby bath towels at the car boot sale today. We only got just over half way round and the heavens opened so we left.
Sunshine - mil's can be a pain in the bum!!

Hello all
Tried to have a quick look back.
As for the sleeping through Scott was combo then changed to fully formula fed. I really cannot remember when Scott started sleeping through (by that I mean he goes to bed with us then sleeps until just before 6) I really should remember shouldn't I !? I think it was probably 3 months... I know he gradually dropped feeds over time in the night naturally we did not do anything so to speak.
Been to wedding yesterday just did ceremony and managed to keep Scott quiet in church in a buggy with bottle firmly engaged, he even got my real pearls to play with to keep him quiet  we had a seat next to the door in case of needing a quick exit, glad did not go to reception as would have been too much Scott hated the bells and the music lol ! Here he is after the ceremony at home, hence he was allowed to dribble on his waistcoat lol...

Hi Ladies,
I've been missing in action for a while! Poppy has been poorly and in hospital, she's ok now though and back home with us.
I have been reading on my phone but can't remember much, loved that picture of Scott RO, he is getting a big boy!
Me and OH have made the difficult decision to not have any more children, after the many problems when pregnant which could occur again and the possibility of having another prem baby I just don't want to risk that happening. If we had such an early baby again, Poppy would suffer if we had to spend another 13 weeks in hospital and I need to put her first. Was difficult decision to make, but I've found peace with it now and I'm so happy with my little girl. Plus I felt so rubbish through-out my pregnancy (albeit very short pregnancy!) and still have trouble with my scar so in a way its nice to know my body doesn't have to go through that again!
We have decided to add to our furry family though and will be getting a little boxer puppy, probably next summer!
We are still on with Poppy's room, hopefully the painting will be finished this week as the carpet comes on Friday! I've gone a little mad buying things, but what the heck, she deserves a gorgeous room! I'll post a picture when its done!
Hope all ok and I'll be on more posting now since things have settled down.
