I would try to add veg or fruit and see if he likes this better. I did baby rice for 3 or 4 days first and then started off with carrot, then potato, then some fruit like apple, pear etc. I hear its better to start with carrot cause its a veg but very sweet.

I did carrot, apple, pear, potato, sweet potato, butternut squash, pea and then you start to mix the ice cubes ie sweet potato and carrot or carrot & apple, or b squash & s potato, potato & carrot, carrot & pea etc.

Good luck. My DS likes most things but does not like beef but he is 8mths old and Im trying to find dishes for pork to see if he likes this. Stick to fruit and veg until 6mths and then you can introduce meat, chicken, fish etc

    Hope it helps

Hey lovely. He hated it the first night when we brought him home, the next couple were tricky too. Midwife suggested putting a towel or something similar in, moulded to shape him so he would feel more snug and secure as he looked so tiny in there. What actually worked was raising it by laying a pillow firmly flat in it- I think it was just too deep for him before which scared him. He settles very nicely in there now - but it wouldn't be too long and he will have out-grown in
So he sleeps on a pillow? From a few nights in? What type of pillow? on top of matress or under?

Triangle - Noah was 3 weeks when he started sleeping through the night so you may be lucky like me and have a lazy boy!! Good choice in name too as my ds1 shares you little ones name!!!
Little lady slept just under 4 hrs had a 30min feed and then slept another 3 1/2hrs. That count as sleeping through?

I think they class sleeping through is 5 consecutive hours or more. Not to me it's not though

For those of you doing the weaning, seriously consider Baby Led Weaning, it is fab, and so much easier than puree-ing and feeding, is a bit messy but I bought messy floor mats from Poundland and I just rinse them out in the bath. I wish I'd done it from the beginning.
