Sammie, which seat do you have for swimming? I want to start swimming with LO - there's a brand new pool within walking distance of my house opening next week! I want to buy a seat but not sure which one to get. Glad Noah enjoyed it!

    Baby napping.... :D

Popped to the shops earlier to get done potatoes for dinner and lo fell asleep in the buggy.
Going swimming tomorrow I think so hopefully Noah will enjoy that :D

Bluebell - hope you manage to find the "right" childminder for your little one. When do you return to work?
    Xx

I am back already, went back when Elliot was 2 months! I've been able to work from home 3 days a week for the summer with 1 day a week holiday, so only been in work one day a week. Hubby has been doing a day of childcare, but I'll need to be in work 4 days a week from mid September.

Glad you enjoyed the swimming :)

Left Elliot's Hungry Caterpillar rattle / chew toy at my Dads today but he is going to bring it round later this evening! We picked up loads of my childrens books that he'd kept, but there's some gorgeous pop up books that are just too nice for Elliot :) I think I will just be enjoying reading them myself instead. Went out to a car boot with Dad and was very successful with baby clothes shopping but no lightweight pushchair or stair gates... maybe we'll find some next time!

We had a much better night last night, only one feed instead of 4ish. We are all going to York tomorrow - I have some archive research to do there and so it seemed like a nice chance for hubby to take Elliot round the railway museum - plus I couldn't go the whole day without bf'ing, as I'd be too sore and leaking all over their archives :D

Nutella - I got the seat from asda, I think the brand is "perfectly happy people" and it's a swimming float seat. It's for ages 3 months to 12 months. Very good in my opinion. Xx

Bluebell - glad you had a better night with Elliot last night :D xx

Ro - where are you off to in November? Can't remember if you have already said where!!! Xx

Sammie glad Noah enjoyed swimming, I'll be having a look for that seat too I think, looking forward to taking G before too long but very apprehensive about it too!

Bluebell do yo live near York? Just me being nosy but I grew up in East Yorkshire not far from York.

I've suddenly come over a bit down and tearful, not sure if I mentioned it here before but I was diagnosed with mild pst natal depression a few weeks ago, and it seems to come on out of the blue sometimes. Had a lovely weekend away and now I end up ruining it by crying for no real reason :(

    Morning Ladies

Well, the relatives have left, so normal attention to the thread shall resume, lol

Been using Aldi's Mania Ultra Dry nappies, size 3, and must say, I'm very impressed! Similar to Pampers, and was only £4.99 for 54!
