Hugs Dizzi, hope you have a better day today. Definitely look into dog sitting companies who will either take your dog, or come round to your house and do walks etc.

We had another childminder to look at yesterday. She was lovely and very near my Dad so he'd said he could pick up Elliot a couple of days a week if we went with her. Unfortunately she is 75p an hour more than the one we looked at last week, doesn't take childcare vouchers, and we wouldn't be spending enough to get any tax credits, so even with using Dad to reduce the hours a little it's just not affordable. Still, we liked last week's one too so happy to go with her. One more to see next Friday!

In-laws are visiting and apparently MIL has been househunting in the area on rightmove.... not sure if they could afford to move as bro-in-law would need to get a job here, as would MIL, but I'd be really happy to have them closer :) The outer hebrides is lovely but it's such a trek for visiting!

Popped to the shops earlier to get done potatoes for dinner and lo fell asleep in the buggy.
Going swimming tomorrow I think so hopefully Noah will enjoy that :D

Bluebell - hope you manage to find the "right" childminder for your little one. When do you return to work?

So I saw sense in the end, and went to the Next sale at a more reasonable time of 9.30. It had been ransacked but I managed to get quite a few thing. I got 2 sets f dungarees and vests, 2 pairs of single dungarees, a pair of trousers, 4 sleepsuits, 2 tshirts and a single vest, also picked up a dress and 2 tops for me, all for just shy of £65. Most of A's stuff is 12-18 and 18-24 so will put that away for Christmas & Birthdays. I got 2 wee bits from M&S too, and I have more stuff to pick up in there on Wednesday that I ordered online. Rather pleased now. Stressed to the max though and it wasn't even that busy!

    Hello

Hi Gilly!! We went at a sensible time too, I took advantage of Aiden sleeping and decided to stay in my warm bed at 5am!! We went at about 10:30, didnt get as much as you but got a little coat, 3 t shirts, pair of trousers and some socks. Did want some sleepsuits but they had all gone :( Didn't get anything for me as it was super busy. did get a dress from dotty p's in town though - its a lacy turquoise one if anyone has seen it, this one.

Sounds like you got some bargains Gilly, I hadn't looked in M&S so might have a mooch online :)

I had a lovely morning, we went to the sale and went for lunch in town, we don't really spend time as a family on a Sat as OH works so it was nice to do that :D

Also stocked up on nappies and wipes in boots, stealing your idea Gilly and going to save up my points for little mans Xmas pressies!

Hope everyone is ok today, just started raining here so boo.

Dizzi - you ok today hun? xxxx

    Morning Sammie :)

Sounds like you have had a nice morning, enjoy swimming - does Noah like it? We took Aiden on holiday but we haven't taken him since :o I want to though so might see when the baby swim is.

I'm not as tired as I should be, although I think its going to be a creeper and I'll be pooped later on!! Really need to look into his sleeping, he doesnt sleep in the night half as much as some of the babies on here!!
