It's weird being back, to be honest. Thinsgs are the same here, and haven't changed a bit. Feels a little like I've dreamt the pregnancy/birth/baby bit, to be honest! Then I look at my stomach, that's always a good reminder.
You will be fine. The first day or so back is the hardest, Mozzy. Though I'd happily be off longer if I could!

So funny, today, I thought, you know your son loves you when he doesn't have a poo all day, then when daddy gets home and does his first nappy, he actually sprays poo at him!!!! lol :rotfl:

He's suddenly gone from at least 5 poo's a day to one, and they're usually when daddy does the before bed feed!!!!

Hubby's sisters and 2 nieces are coming to visit from Scotland next week. I'm so excited that Charlie gets to meet some family. Besides my brother and my mum (when she came over for a few weeks from South Africa after he was born), he hasn't met any other family. Then in September i've got my folks coming over for a few weeks, this time my dad is coming too!!! Yay!!!! I haven't seen my dad since Nov 2010!!!

Jannine's - right peeps are super nice here ! If any trolls try and come in I will sort em out lol

Lirin - it's good to have you and all the familiar faces back !!
I just keep thinking poonami everytime you say punami  I know that's wrong. Hope things getting better though.

Mozzy - just realised your now weaning yet doh!!! But waiting til weekend. My friend had her girl in the highchair eating and throwing her food around and once she left I really did not need my Hoover Dylan has a new role lol I swear there is not a cake crumb anywhere lol. Dreading finding out how her mum is tomorrow as she does not seem to have the luck, she has had cancer before and it has come back. On the positive side we will be seeing more of each other so Scott will be able to play with her little girl more often. She actually passed him her insulated cup and he promptly dribbled on it lol and she took it back lol !!

    Hey guys

Kira-my goodness she is a little beaut!! i love all our pics, def need one from you Ro!!

Welcome turtlemoose, sorry you had a rough time. my labour was pretty awful too and for ages after i got upset, especially as bloomin one born was on at that time!! Rant away :)

I think my little monkey may have tge beginning of teething pain, hes ever so dribbly and chewing on everything.

I feel a bit low atm, we have a bit of a noisy neighbour who isnt nasty and always friendly when we go and ask him to turn it down but its just that its such a regular thing. hes in the army so is away alot luckily but is back today it looks, i get really paranoid when hes back almost like im waiting for the music to be on. i really want to move house but we would need a bit more deposit and our extra income will now go on nursery fees. i just feel like im stuck because realistically we cant move for a long time. i know it sounds so petty and stupid but its the one thing which always gets me down. Sorry guys, this is hardly baby related is it lol. need to win the lottery!!!

Ugh im a moody cow tonight :(

It's some of the other girsl got me referring to it as a punani.... :) Though, yeah, maybe to similar to poonami! Things are getting better, just will take a couple of weeks yet I think- I'm still bruised and swollen- which is fun.

My dogs are also relishing their new jobs as hoovers, even Resident Fat Cat is joining in- Rose has a lovely habit of flinging food all around. Potential artist maybe?

*ro* tears in front of him is fine (although until the arrival of pregnancy/baby related hormones its very rare for me to cry!), just this particular topic we have talked about over and over, and he feels I am making it worse for myself by going over it and that it can't be changed etc - he's normally great to talk to on most things but about my birth experience, I just cant get him to understand that I WANT to not be upset about it, but that the upset is something I can't control, I'd rather be not bothered but can't help it :-/ I didn't get to hold my baby properly until day 3 - and he wasn't in intensive care or anything, it was sheer hospital incompetence coupled with complications from my section...l.but with proper hospital support I would and should have been able to hold him. I can never have those 2 days back and it not only upsets me but I'm furious that they effectively stole that time from me.
